2nd taxi in as many days that I've prebooked and they aren't being dispatched in time to arrive for the time I booked. I'm also paying more for my journeys on the app. DG really need to sort this out...

I downloaded the app after a promise of £10 off my next journey if I downloaded the app and entered the discount code. I did both but received no discount. Think I'll switch to Uber.

Used to really like this app but now paying more for using my card as introduced a fixed price which is higher than the actual price of the journey. Worked fine as it was where approved a maximum price on card then charged the actual price of the journey

Can't change number due to new phone .. waited 10 for a taxi to pull up and then drive off

Tracking lags to see where cars are. No selection to say do not send Hackney cab. Drivers often talking on phones all journey.

Bookings will be confirmed on the app regardless of if DG can make them, as we've just found out when a guy didn't show for a cab to the train station = now V expensive trip to Heathrow. Use a cab company that keeps to bookings instead.

Not great, I've booked a fair few times and they let anyone jump in taxi when been booked already or they just havnt showed up...it's a shame as there is some lovely drivers

Has worked really well for me. Including paying on card via the app which was really handy.

The app works well, got me a cab home at 4am within ten minutes, named driver and even the reg number of the cab. I was able to follow his approach on the map. Excellent useful app.

Love the fact that I can track my taxi and prices never surge like Uber and taxis quicker, admittedly can take time getting used too but now I have it, I prefer this form of automated service to ringing every week. It's a matter of preference but seriously think this is better than other firms and apps

This app is not reliable. I thought the £10 offer to use it was too good to be true. Unlike Uber it didn't work and my account was charged the full amount.

added the details in and still didn't come up about how much the fare would cost... tried numerous places but still nothing.... waste of time good job the app is free!!!

I downloaded this app I was short for cash and needed to get home and they promised £10 of my first journey, I applied the promo code and the driver picked me up and took me home. When I arrived at home I found out that the app didn't register the promo code and I had no way of knowing. The staff we're extremely rude to me and I was forced to pay for a taxi I couldn't afford, he even took me to the cash machine to take out money to pay him and even charged me for that as well. Never using again

Very useful app but needs significant map update as many addresses don't exist or are hard to find

After 50 min still no activation code poor service

No way to turn off notifications. App constantly asks for location with no way of dismissing and no actual need for location data. EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star because the taxi was 25 mins late, no call to let me know AND the driver was crazy rude. EDIT 2: paying by card means that DG will charge you MORE than the fare for the journey. Fallen victim to this twice.

Not only does the app make it very hard (impossible?) to delete card details, which in this day and age is incredibly poor, but the disconnect between the actual drivers and the app is astounding. They willingly took money out of my bank account and the driver then double charged my friend in cash at the destination. Steer well clear.

My home address doesn't exist. Annoying. It used to!

Tried to register and asks for a validation code haven't got the code tried several times know and still no code will update the review if it ever arrives.

Very few addresses you can get picked up from. Rubbish app.

Why have I put 38 for my address but the driver has 33?

I tried to book a cab and when I had changed where it was supposed to pick me up it stopped working altogether. Tried using the 10£ voucher and after failing to book the first one it would not let me use it anymore.

Service is crap, app is glitch

Very efficient service, helpful with my shopping and professional everyone I have used them.

I was a bit skeptical at first, however that opinion changed in an instant. Very simple and easy to use. I love the tracking option - you can see the taxi on the map and how far it is away from you. It also displays the name of your driver and the colour, model and registration number of the taxi so there's no chance of not recognising it when it arrives. It's genius - keep up the good work DG!

Code only applies if you set up a card payment option. Not clear anywhere during installing and registering. Driver was non the wiser apparently, his English suddenly became quite poor and failed to understand me. Bizarre that! When we had arrived I called again to ask if the driver had been notified as the controller said he would do, to be placed on hold. Behold, the driver had received a message. 10mins in and I am still on hold to DG waiting for someone to answer..

Twice now I have ordered a taxi and it estimating a 5 minute pickup. To then see my taxi drive 10 minutes in the opposite direction...
