You also need to improve your customer service. Your app is rubbish. You don't communicate with your customers. Your staff are rude. I used the same details for drop off previously as collection this time and it cancelled twice without communication. If you don't want the booking just phone and say or update your app to allow you to give a reason, i.e. we don't want to serve you because we don't want your custom. This way people can know to go somewhere else.

Did use this firm a lot, but recently the customer service skills of the desk staff and drivers are appalling. Over charging, wrong change, rude, late, and that's only if they decide to turn up at all. Stay away at all cost and don't give them your hard earned money!!!!!

This app need serious work...constantly saying there are no taxis available even if I'm booking 1-2 days in advance and actually took the time to try every different time slot

Make you feel uncomfortable, wrong change then giving you attitude when saying it's wrong. Don't know where your destination is, completely rude just walk! Usually always use go carz to get to work etc. But not after this.

The ability to pre pay on credit card is a great addition but soured by fact you are then charged an additional 50p.

Thought I'd get better service from go carz by pre paying so the drivers don't just take any fare rather than the booked one. Crashes saving card details. Samsung s5 mini. Roll on Uber in Telford.

Lots of negative reviews on here I've called and used the app never had a problem never been late for me worst that ver happened to me was taxi stopped at house next door to line for pick up I've used other companies in wolves and these have the cleanest cars and I have yet to see any disgusting drivers unlike some from other taxi firms In the area and cheaper than using the bus if there are 2 or more of you makes me wonder if the negative reviews are another company trying to discredit them .

It automatically changes my home address (door number) which means I have to double check it's correct and the second problem I'm encountering is when I book a taxi for 6am to collect for work, the taxi comes at 5am. I just booked again for tomorrow at 6am and called the office to confirm and it's booked for 5am on their system. My screen definately says 6am though on the app!

Crashes abit and is slow still a useful app but would be better if i could book the whole week easier instead of doing it 1 by 1

Just used the app for the first time. Worked like a charm. Got a fixed price before booking and paid in the app with my card with no silly card or admin charges. About time other taxi firms realised it's 2016 and invested in technology that works as well as this!!

Downloaded the app whilst waiting for train. Pouring with rain so decided to book taxi. There in 5 mins. Will use them again.

I've tried quite a few times to book a car a few hours or a day in advance and can never do it. I just keep getting told there are no cars available. This is useless when I am trying to book it for the next day for work. I've also tried many times and days and when I've then phoned, I can get a taxi booked, so it is obviously your app has a fault! Useless!!! It used to allow this, so why have you stopped this function?

Overcharged on card payments twice! Better stick to cash next time because of you filthy scammers.

Just recently app crashing all the time and saying there are no cars available...ring the office and u can book one no problem please fix the bugs....

Your website needs updating very quickly it's very slowly when booking a tax

Booked via the app for a taxi to wolverhampton train station, i was tracking only to see that the status changed to unknown. Called the operator only to be informed that my cab has been recovered ie not coming. Was also told its my fault for using the app as nothing is guanranteed. My question is...why have the app if its going to be discriminated against by the company. ... Operator had a condescending tone... Like.. Its your fault.

Hacr emailed their support department twice and had no reply apart from we will look into it. Will uninstall soon. still shows a booking that didn't turn up. So can't book another taxi. Have emailed still awaiting update on problem

Works ok, but would like the option to add a second drop off location or more as you can only do on at the moment.

Takes much longer to book with this ap. Struggles to find addresses

Older version was much better for me then a new one. Alwayd had a taxi everywhere I needed and now when I'm trying to book a taxi, it's sayin no taxi available, even if its not a peak time. Something wrong with a new app

Don't bother- clunky, freezes. Used it once & had to call them and despite having a reference they said they had no record!!! Awful service and app!!!

Don't bother with go cars. My taxi was 50 minutes late!!

Sent the driver to the wrong train station even though I typed Wolverhampton train station on the app. Driver hung up when calling to see where I was and realised there was an error made.

If you are in a hurry NEVER, EVER call this crap company. Takes 20+ minutes by calling and even more if u book it on app.

Paid for taxi on app using card, the taxi came etc thought yeah sound I've paid etc.... I get in through the door no soon I get through door taxi says I haven't paid due to the payment apparently declined! So I paid cash, I find out that it actually cleared payment and they winter give me my money back! Scam artists and need to have their taxi licences off them!!

Cancels booking

Taxi cancelled with no notice or notification. When I finally spoke to the office they said they don't accept bookings from the train station through the app. So what is the point of it then and where does it say that? Useless app and company

Very quick and easy to use. Only issue I have is when booking a taxi in advance. Sliding the time on the screen doesn't work well at all. Needs a different way to enter times manually.

App still force closes upon opening please fix!

Sounds like the issue is on most Samsung Galaxy phones. Who does not test their app on the best selling brand! I used Diamond cars app instead that works great even though it is the same devs. Maybe they paid better :o)
