Easy to use, and pretty self explanatory once you open the app. Entering an address, especially when amending it when GPS hasn't quite got it right (eg it shows next doors house number) can be a bit awkward, but fine once you get the hang of it. Really good to see that my previous comment about white text on a yellow background being a little difficult to see was noticed, and an app update changed said text to black. Use of GPS to locate you, fare estimates and 'taxi tracking' are really handy features!

Perhaps could do with higher contrast colours (white text on bright yellow background isn't the easiest to read), or an option to change text / label sizes would be a useful addition in future. Use of GPS to locate you, and 'taxi tracking' are really handy features!

Took a while to register but got there in the end,haven't booked a taxi yet from app but watch this space & i will keep u informed

Works well, excellent to be able to track your taxi. Estimated journey price a few quid short. Difficult to add a destination address if not already on the list. Previous journeys not listed correctly.

It does exactly what it says on the tin no more ringing to find out where the hell my taxi is which is a great feature i can just sit back and watch also prevents company from distributing pre booked taxis too late
