Just used it, no idea if it worked but there's no taxi and they're not answering the phone.

I prebooked a taxi with app at lunch time then when I arrived back from London in the early hours the app said that my taxi was cancelled. Upon calling the company I then found that they had decided to cancel it themselves as they were busy, and didn't even have the decency to let me know that it had been cancelled. I thought the point of an app like this was to avoid waiting for a taxi?! Pointless app with atrocious customer service. Deleting this app!!!
