Was a great way of ordering a taxi at peak times without having to ring the office to be told "there isn't anything available between 7:30 & 9:00 am. Now even the app fobs you off with "no cars available in your area" even if you try to book 1 to 5 days in advance!

Has gone to the wrong address a few times or just hasn't turned up. Somehow I just can't get the right address in Shevington only reinstalled so I could give a review image to scared to use it now

Got a confirmation of booking but the office said we never booked it. I know who I won't be getting a taxi off again.

Only works occasionally and always excuses from the office blaming the app

Doesn't work properly at all, I can only be picked up from home... the second I try to book an address to be picked up from later.. it doesn't know what to do
