Huddersfield Taxis

I've used Huddersfield Taxis plenty before the app. But a journey with this app still needs to be payed by cash! I'd use the service a lot more if I could put in my card details in or use Android pay etc... I don't keep cash on me!! It's 2017!

Won't launch on my s5

Rubbish rubbish rubbish, late pre bookings, no customer service, bad drivers some of whom make illegal turns and some try to overcharge you. Done as a family using this company,much better before taking over the other firms!

Old version was good. I know the new version is better because my sisters use it. But i cant log on. I have changed password but not receive notification although it says its been sent to my email. I cant get register because the system has my details as registered. So let me use it. Help please. Why is it asking for log in?

Rude, arrogant without doubt the worst taxi company I have experienced in my entire career as a human being. You will be hard pressed to find a worse company on the planet

The app begins to load then crash's on nexus 5 running lollipop, will change to 5 stars when fixed

was charged £5 from a taxi driver that did not know the way, that would have been a 1 mile journey if he did.

Easy to use and taxis on time. But it hasn't been working for a while, means I have to call them (oh no!;-)). Hope it starts working again soon

Is not a bad app I like the GPS thing but calling them is better and faster than the application 5 minutes vs about 1 or 2

The man driving me was really nice and friendly. We had a chat on the way to the railway station and it made my journey a lot better!

Much better way to know where and how long I love it

This a good app to book with Huddersfield Taxis. The location finding system is good at figuring out where you are although not always exact. One improvement I would like to see is a place to store addresses such as home and work.

Ive used these taxi for 10yrs if n when ive had any problems with the drivers it has been delt with straight away . There cheap too.

This is a great app, works well and tells you there and then how much the journey will cost. Then when your taxi is on its way, you can track it! One improvement I'd like to see is being able to store addresses (for example your home address) so you can select it from a drop down list rather than having to put the details in again each time - then I'd definitely give it 5 stars!
