Aqua Cars

This app no longer works on my phone after latest update. Just stops as soon as you click on it. Edit: Have re installed and it's now working again. When the app works it is very good.

Since update say I live in the middle of nowhere when I live in pompey useless will not use this app until it's fixed, if need to use an app will use citywide or Uber. Sort it out aqua suggest further testing before updating software

Useless over last few months at best. Map never updates and it won't let you manually put in a flat number when needed. Moving to UBER

Gets a taxi through the app n get to my destination n they said I have to give cash even though through the app I asked card so I had to get cash out for them to charge my card the money n give them the cash too. Done this to many people now not happy

Great concept, but obviously needs some work. Repeatedly requested the validation code for my phone number but no choice has been sent for over 2 hours.

Disappointed the app not working. The old app was excellent. Please sort out ASAP

Excellent app very useful. Confirmation code came through first time. I love the real time map and payment by credit card facility. Well done.

App said it would be seven minutes wait, call in after waiting 15 and get told it will be at least another 40 minutes, will never use again

Signed up, took money without even requesting a taxi. Can't remove payment details either.

Taxi's never turn up on time. Normally waiting 20mins for a taxi said to be 3 mins away. Appauling.

Works fine for me only problem I have is drivers taking jobs then sitting in the same place for ten minutes before coming to get me!

Shocking, slow, crashes constantly. This app is a poor attempt to rival uber. Totally unusable.

Hopeless app, can't even add a card as it always fails.

It sounds like it's great but despite many attempts to register the app doesn't send validation code to my phone.

App is a joke, cheap copy of uber :D

Pre-booking a taxi for a set time works technically, just don't bank on your car turning up!

Works fine. I like the real time tracking.

Terrible. Told me 2 minutes wait, 45 minutes later I finally got someone on the phone that said there was no booking. Tried again and it registered 4 bookings instead of one, not a single one turned up. Avoid!

Couldn't get through on automated call, tells me to download app or use automated system. Download the app and that doesn't work either. Citywide for me from now on.
