Andicars - Taxi Booking App

Was very useful at first but now it difficult to get map working and tracking PLEASE FIX PROBLEM

Update: works fine but doesnt complete jobs leaving a huge list of "on board" still. Used to work no problem but now I keep getting no taxi meet your requirement.... when I try to pre book a taxi for work at 5am and it crashes all the time app gets worse and worse

I have been using this app for quite a while now and would previously given it a 5 but now the map doesn't load so cabs are very difficult to track. A shame because it was very good. Please can this be fixed.

What is the point of having an app that does not work? What kind of business do you run? You spend a lot of Money on new cars but can't pay a guy to fix the app? A joke!

My bookings list does not archive or delete completed journeys. Cancel button on the tracking page does not have any confirmation prompt and is right next to the home button on a galaxy s7 so really easy to inadvertently cancel a booking.

The app used to be just fine, but now the app does not complete jobs so I have a huge list of current bookings which say "passenger on board". This now means I have to scroll endlessly to the bottom of the current jobs to find my new booking. This list does not disappear when reinstalling the app.

Only worked once then everytime I tried logging on, a message 'can not connect to server'. I'll stick to paying in cash thanks...

Really want to support local companies, but if this is your best effort, you're stuffed, take a look at the uber app.

I have fresh installation with latest android updates for htc m8, v 4.4.4, build number 3.29.161.9, and kernal v 3.4.0-g924f94b.... This app crashes when i try to choose time for pick up, just sliding the bar... The error says app stopped working! Very useless.

Car tracking is not reliable and when it does 'work' it doesn't update often. Maybe once during its whole time thus making it useless? Also the destination info you provide app doesn't all reach driver, just general area. Developers respond!! Do something.

The app will often crash after I've made payment via card, but re-opening the app shows it was successful, so this is more of an annoyance. However, according to my device this app can take photos via my camera, why is this?

Does this app work. Currently sat here waiting for a taxi I booked on the app but it says no bookings made when I try to track the car..

Great app. Working very fast and easy once setted up. I would recommend using as you don't need to wait for an answer over the normal operator way

You book cabs using their app way in advance only to get a text days later telling you they don't have a car available for your journey. Even if you book by phone they accept the job but don't bother to turn up - I waited an hour and 40 minutes for a cab which was apparently in it's way - don't bother installing the app, they're just a small firm with hardly any cars. If you want a reliable cab firm in the Portsmouth area, use Aquacars!

Needs access to camera? Need to register? Can't find places near me. Doesn't give fare estimate. The spinning control to set a pickup time is very awkward to use. Then crashes when I try and place a booking. Uninstalled.

Attempted to use it, on a night where this app has been turned off in the control room, so sat around without any warning or information for a taxi for nearly an hour, waste of time of an app. Less hassle to just call.

I use andicars pretty much everyday but consistently having problems with them app always closes too.

Every time I try and change the date and time of pick up the app crashes. Useless!!!

During busy times it is easier to use the app than call. Ok waiting time is not correct during peak periods and i hope they can fix that. I called Andicars and they explained that it works out how long for the nearest car and not the nearest available car. They explained the app is not theirs but owned as part of a booking systen and development of the app through the developers is very slow. The features I do like is the ability to pay by card through the app though!

App becomes pointless for tracking as drivers don't always use it correctly. Booked several taxis and I've been at home and the app still says that taxi not dispatched and price it records is wrong. And why once the journey is complete does it change the end location on the app normally to somewhere a few hundred meters from the start location, which is no good when you need proof of journey. Also cannot add card as my expiry is 2019 but app only goes to 2018, reported months ago come on ain't hard.

App itself works brilliantly. Customer service almost defuncts the app when told that waiting times don't work on the app and are not applicable to real time waiting times. When the app doesn't work and you have to call Andicars, this then makes them the same as any other taxi company. Solely using the app makes the Andicars experience one I'd choose over competitors. So in a nutshell, fantastic when it works - rubbish when it doesn't and you have to call.

Very good, easy to use app. Shows taxi location in real time. However app crashes whenever I try to Selecta pick up at a specific time. Also would be extremely helpful to set up card payments in app
