Never find a cab..always busy

Used this twice and both times had the driver's argue with me over it. The first time a bit of a misunderstanding on how the app works, the driver does not go to where you drop the pin they go to the address the app thinks is closest as they receive it in plain text, bit of a UX shortfall. The second was worse I used the app to be picked up in town which could have been a good uber like experience but the driver was ranting it wasn't fair on people using the taxi queue and I shouldn't use the app.. what?
