• Place bookings hours, days or weeks in advance - whenever it’s convenient for you.
• You can place the booking directly on our map and see how many available cars there are nearby.
• You can also select your pickup and destination by your GPS location, postcode or by typing in the address.
• Cancel a booking directly from your App.
• No standing in the rain. Track your car as it arrives on a map, or call the driver from the App when they’re nearby – No more guessing where your taxi might be.
• Receive real-time notifications of the status of your taxi.
• Get a Ring-Back or a text when your driver is outside with the vehicle details including make, model, colour and registration.

Albatross Cars use vehicles licensed throughout the UK, should you have any specific requirements regarding the vehicle you require please advise the Operator at the time of booking.
The word ‘Taxi’ within this app means a vehicle licensed under the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 or the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 to carry up to eight people

No point in having the app for card payments if you can't add cards to your profile. Had this issue months ago and gave up using your taxis, decided to download the app again and give you another chance but the basic of being able to add a card still isn't there! People's bank cards expire and your customers should be able to add their new cards to their account!

I have no idea why but whenever I try to add a card on my phone the postcode won't register at all. Is a big issue and I would ise the app a lot more if this issue were fixed. Works perfectly on my girlfriends phone though.

I have booked a car 25 minutes before I needed to be at work (it's a 10 minutes drive). Took 30 minutes for the car to arrive. My boss was not happy. Thanks!

Used to love it, not anymore. Bad attitude from the one receiving the call. Just this morning, i called to book a taxi, yes they booked my taxi but HE said stuff to me like he's upset or whatever. NEVER ASSUME, thats a bad attitude. I cancelled my booking last time I called not because another taxi came to fetch me. You assumed it was another taxi and was angry. It was my uncle unexpectedly came to take me to work. You really ruined my day, so early and you (a stranger) nagged me. Seriously??

An option to type in the house number instead of trying to find it on map would be a bonus, every time I use it at my mums it pin points us at the bungalow across the road so can't get a taxi to actual place we order it from

Its a total crap took my full amount from my bank waiting for a refund

It worked once but logged me off. Then when I tried to log on an error message kept popping up saying error retrieving password. It's no use if I can't log on

The app has a major bug that needs fixing. Had to cancel a taxi. After cancellling at every attempt at rebooking the payment was declined, incl.uding i to the next day. It no longer works. Tried logging out, reinstalling etc I rang my bank and there's no problem from their side, no blocks etc. It's an app issue. It's a shame as it was great before this. Willing to re review if the problem's fixed.
