ACE-ABC Taxis

This app is so perfect. As a loyal customer of ACEABC taxi I've got to say it ticks every box!! It's easy to use, fast and reliable... If you live in Mansfield or the surrounding area there really is only one taxi app you'll need. Need a ride, tap ACEABC, for a fast, friendly and professional service. Keep it up guys

Never have to pick up a phone to book a taxi again. About a pound more than other local taxi firms but so worth it. Most of the time they arrive before the actual time you've booked for. Never late much at all. Use them when I'm working late at work to get home.

Cannot get it to retrieve my password or re register...the dam thing will nor work...was brilliant before needed updating

I really don't understand how anyone can criticise this app. I have used it since it came out and it's been great. One can accept that on ocasion a car will be late, it happens, but 9 times out of 10 I find they're on time if not early. Most of the drivers are pleasant too, some very pleasant, but there are exceptions. On the whole though, a great and useful app. If anyone wonders why if it's so good, why only 4 stars? I never give full marks for anything as I always think something can be improved.

Always worked well apart from when I was at a party at 1a. Doesn't allow letters in the door number section. Number 1 was obviously the closest match, but in reality nowhere near 1 on the road.

The service is great but finding your addresses is sometimes difficult

Not as good as it sounds! Yeah you can book a taxi but it doesn't give you a ETA or price? We were Still waiting 15 mins after booking and still had to call to check it was on route... management are full of themselves and very ignorant. Customer service doesn't exist here...

Not impressed. Won't even let me register. I don't get a text, even after several attempts

tried so many times to register. The app is supposed to send you a text with a 4 digit code but I've requested it several times and still no text. Think I'll just ring!

You can be promised a taxi within 5 minutes however the app always comes up with a message after placing your booking saying failed to connect and iv had several occasions where its made its own booking with saved destinations when i am active on the app and the taxi firm like to blame myself saying i have made two bookings, however i clearly dont when im only in one place at a time and i explain this problem EVERY time i ring the firm.

A good way to book a taxi if phone lines are busy or have no credit on your phone

Doesn't work while using the latest Android runtime.

Had to swap back to dalvik

The GPS isn't that accurate but apart from that (which is only a small gripe) it's a great app.

Fantastic app but a useful feature would be having fare cost upfront.
