ABC Norwich

It used to work great, now no matter which time or location is set there are no cars available. Very disappointed

Always says that there aren't any taxis available, no matter the location or time. Used to work brilliantly until abour 2 or 3 months ago.

Cou;ld do with an option to alter you booking, without having to cancel it

New update? More fails. Worked as it was, kinda but worked. New fix (update) was very slick, new looking and all that. BUT, when BST kicked in, the app made all bookings an hour late! Customers' want taxis, not excuses Through their new app, I booked a cab to the airport, two weeks ago. By ringing to confirm I find the app had booked for 8am, and not 7am. IF YOU PAID FOR THIS, GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Have always used ABC taxis. Needed one tonight but can't register. Have requested a code 7 times still hasn't arrived .

The app itself worked fine but booked a taxi for midnight and was there ten mins beforehand. 12.15am and still no taxi. Called up, spent 5 mins on hold just to be told that there's a 15 minute window for pick up which it says on the app. Erm I think you'll find it doesn't!!! Under current bookings it just said 12.00am and nothing else. Even if there was a 15 minute window they still wouldn't have been on time! Cancelled the taxi and used another company which actually picked us up as promised.

Great app. Very friendly and a reliable company. Cheap fares. Would be good to be able to book a return journey in app.

Forced to retrieve code in sms. Going back to the app took me back to the first screen where I had to get another code...

You cannot select a date and time. This function does not work on Android

Absolutely amazing app, quick, fast,friendly, reliable and cheap service. Brilliant way to order a taxi to your door. Will not be using any other taxis. Fantastic app. Whoever thought of this needs a gold medal!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Having been a customer for several years, I will not use them again. Having booked a taxi for my wife, as I do every week, it failed to arrive. I did get a text saying the taxi was on its way, but it didn't arrive and left her by herself in the dark miles from home. I called the company, and they explained that the driver had apparently cancelled and not accepted the fare, which shouldn't happen? It does sound like their drivers can take or reject a fare depending on mood. DO NOT USE IN AN EMERGENCY!!!

Used several times. Seeing fees would be a nice add on but always worked without issue for me.

Worked well but I couldn't see an ETA. That's required at peak times.

Sms didn't come through

So far so good, could do with knowing the cost at time of booking.

The way taxis should work

Excellent app and is great for the drivers to locate where you are and are with you in minutes

App doesn't work, it's totally broken and lead to me having to wait in the cold for over 15 mins for a cab which never turned up. When I gave up, (and got in one of the black cabs which was waiting there) and after trying to use the app to cancel my car, I had an angry taxi driver call me to personally have a go at me for not being there and not cancelling the cab. Disgrace!

I downloaded the app and registered my details, but no confirmation SMS ever came through.

Just crashes when starting up.

Useful app, although it's user interface could do with some improvement. However it doesn't yet work on Android v5 :(

Was great when it worked before I updated my phone to Lollipop.

Perfect way to book a taxi - long or short notice in Norwich. Driver was punctual, car was spotless and rate was very reasonable. A minor issue with search by postcode (it couldn't find the central rail station), but readily worked with pin drop on map.

So I am on train in London trying to pre-book a taxi from Norwich station. This app will not find any Norwich addresses or postcodes. A bit rubbish!

Does the job fine, my main request would be to enable paying by card via the app, rather than just cash. However doesn't support ART, so will become unusable in Android L.

WTF?! This app is completely unusable! Some text inputs only allow numbers, navigation is confusing, address search is crap. Better call them up.

The app has trouble determining the address and the manual option isnt helpful as well. This will need to be improved before id start using it. Additional payment options would be nice as well

Not a bad app and quite useful but did not work when I needed it to. Rang ABC instead and made them aware of prob. The app said I was not even in the UK when I was in Norwich, a couple of miles from their hq!

Needs some tweaks. And when the app has a update it would be good to what the updates were even if its a bug fix. The app itself is good apart from when you are in the taxi the app can let you cancel the job would that not be a pain for the system or confuse drivers?

Waste of time. Didn't reply to a simple message regarding a fare on there FB page reason being I'm deaf which was explained to them.
