Used the app to book and it said 21 mins. Phoned up after 30 mins and he said that they had not got a destination so they didn't dispatch a driver (but the app doesn't ask for one!!!). Taxi turned up 58 mins after booking on the app. Would have been quicker to phone

Terrible. Logged in, tried to book a car, but it would not let me without logging in, which it clearly showed i had done.

Brings up wrong address will not find the correct one needs an update would have been good otherwise had to delete this app and call a taxi instead
