Might as well not download the app if you live in a2bs coverage area. Extremely long wait times and then they cancel the booking on you anyway.

Forgot my password to login. Tryed to reset password and it kept saying email sent. But still no email for the past day. Will be deleting app if not resolved

This app is great for booking cars and can't fault the service! But you only have a destination and some people would like wait and returns but apart from that it's excellent!!

App is great, but the taxi firm don't use it. I booked a cab on the app, had a hunch it wouldn't work, rang them at the time it was due to arrive - they hadn't sent it. Rang another firm, who got a cab to me within three minutes, so I caught my train. Looks like you still need to call them as well as use the app.
