Used several times. Sometimes it worked but most of the cases I was receiving a message the the booking has been cancelled without any reason. So I had to call the taxi in the old-fashion way. The taxi company is great..the app is poor.

Every time I have booked a taxi through this app recently it gets confirmed then when I go back on the app to check the status its been cancelled or its going to arrive 20 minutes after the time I booked it for. Useless!

Pre booked and pre paid a taxi the day before to take me to hospital at 6 in the morning for an operation, waited till 6:15 and the company car was 10 minutes away,please avoid at anytime.

I think I had another version of this. This one crashes when trying to track cab. Also no longer getting email receipt which I use for expenses

I am more than angry with the service I have received from this app, I got a taxi to work (first time using the app) and he was 7 minutes late, then I book one home and they cancelled on the last minute without a reason and without letting me know, leaving me stranded at work at 11pm at night with no minutes to call anyone, and no money!! It's 12:30pm and I have only just reached home after having to walk home! Completely unprofessional and rude, and left me in danger.. Worst taxi firm ever!!

The app didn't allow me to book a taxi service so in the end I had to directly call the service. When picked up by the driver I asked him about the app. He didn't even know it existed. Stick with Uber guys.

Both the company and the app. Taking jobs they haven't got the drivers for, blatantly misleading about arrival times, and the app is buggy, unresponsive and just a pain to use. Made me an hour late for a meeting, between waiting for a driver who was "outside" and made no attempt to contact me, the company ordering another driver who was "ten minutes" away, and the app itself showing me three different drivers when I attempted to track where my driver was.
