Good service and App I like how you can Track but do think a tx or message should be sent through if cab is going to be late obviously things happen but when you have booked a taxi and it doesn't/ cannot get to you until 15 mins later (happened twice now) would be good to be informed with out having to call .

I not happy about ABC cars, I was tried get taxi from my mobile apps but phone ringing me I'm deaf then went cancelled for no reason, I told stop f*cking ringing me I'm deaf!!! I only need booking taxi on mobile apps no need phone ringing me but I can't phone get taxi, I don't have minicom textphone. Poor service ever can't get taxi. 3rd time cancelled my taxi

Won't find addresses that you put in and asks to log in everytime you open the app. Too much effort for no reward. Sort it out!

Downloaded and tried to register. Won't send a validation code even if I press the button stating I haven't received one. Waste of time

App very rarely works, when it does it kicks you out with an error message. When I try to book via my history, the app closes!! Half the drivers haven't a clue about the locality, if they can't find you, they cancel your booking. Majority of drivers don't even acknowledge you're in the car and talk away loudly on speaker phone. Ridiculous

Amongst the many issues. This app isn't working as reliably as it used to. When trying to book a return cab, the app will bring up a feedback screen that cannot be clicked away, so closing the app is your only option if you don't want to leave feedback at that time. The text is dark grey on a black background so when you get a notification within the app, it's very difficult to read. The use my location feature doesn't correspond with the information given to the drivers often.

The app is glitchy. You're better off calling to book a taxi, but the operators put the phone down. Use go carz instead. A far better app and service

I like the app - It's the only way I book taxis in Wolverhampton now. I like that it keeps track of your bookings and you can now where your taxi is when enroute to you as well as the make/model/colour/reg number of the car, as well as the driver's name. The text messages you receive, all recommend downloading the app. When you call the number, as recorded messages recommends you download the app. If you do ever need to call, about an issue with a booked taxi being late, however, the staff will alway blame YOU for using 'THE INTERNET' to make a booking. That's quite annoying.

Worked great until the recent overall, won't accept password tried resending several times but nothing

Was a great app until recent update, now it just doesn't work, won't accept my password to let me log in !!! Please fix it !!!

Not brilliant at finding destinations such as a hospital, old app did this with ease. Very poor!

This app used to work like a dream. Since its update its totally useless. Postcodes do not tally with house numbers and there is no way to edit. Please go back to what worked!

Good app, lets you book taxis on the go but doesn't let you pay by card through the app which would be useful

Worked at first but hasn't properly for ages. It won't let me book a taxi past 12pm. Hope they fix it cause it's handy and they are normally very good taxi service.

brilliant app, easy for deaf text and good keep eye, match taxi number found, or car code, track is bit ok, and good remind on the way. tell them "i am deaf" or door or where want. keep use 3G or wifi. prefect arrive taxi

It never works for me.... Postcode is nowhere near where I live and house number does not tie in with post code!

Why have an app when I book it (using this great new app), and then need to remind someone to actually come out?
