Club Taxis

It used to be my first choice for taxis in leicester but since app bookings are constantly switched off i am moving to competition. For a second thought there might be a problem with the app so i reinstalled it. Guess what - confirmation txt never came lol waste of time

Crap company. Late taxis. You get what you pay for. Pay abit extra for a more reliable service.

I pre-booked a taxi. In the evening the night before for the morning. Twice. And twice I received the same confirmation that my taxi... was on its way and was going to be there in 10 mins. In 10min? Even in 12hrs would be too early. So I canceled it and tried calling them... several times. Still no luck.

Sorry but if you're going to have an app like this you need to make sure it's all working. To not create a registration code when it's needed to progress is a major hurdle. :/ Please rectify.

I registered and never received the promised sms message even though I restarted my phone so am unable to use

I never received the confirmation text so could not use the app. I am not three only one either.

App is a great idea, but when prompted to register you are supposedly sent a text containing an activation code. The text did not arrive, and even after rebooting as recommended, I still didn't receive an activation code. I shall continue to call instead.

It used to work but now it just gives error message "failed to connect". The staff at Club say that it needs rebooting and have zero interest when I say its been bad for weeks.

Looked like a neat app but never got the registration sms

Seems fine so far. Got text, registered successfully. One complaint: when you leave the app the gps stays on. You have to force stop the app to knock your gps off. Not good for your battery life if you fail to spot that. Needs tweaking to eradicate that issue.

Previously had problems with not getting registration text but this is now fixed. Will re-review when I get a chance.

Like previous comments after downloading and trying to register, never got a text code..pointless app!!! Will go back to the old fashioned way of ringing for a cab!

Can't seem to add a destination. When I try to use a postcode the app resets the whole thing and I have to start the process again.

Needs work to make it more stable and know more addresses

Can never fault club, used them for years, cheap, reliable and helpful. Drivers are polite and the phone operators are always top notch, especially that bilf fellow, cracking conversationalist, helpful and polite. The apps a treat when you have unlimited net/WiFi and no calling credit.
