App works fine overall. Taxi wait time change every minute so pre-booking is not so accurate, you might end up waiting longer. Colours for this app are really bad specifically for "your taxi has been booked" or "your taxi is waiting outside" they chose black colour with grey background (almost black). It'd be nice if it was possible to read the message.

Taxis come very quickly and it also lets you track your driver to see how far it is. Absolutely excellent :)

The app simply doesnt work. I waited 3hrs for a cab that was supposed to take 48 mins to arrive. I rang up several times and was assured it was on the way. After waiting until 12:00 at night i got fed up and cancelled via the app only to receive an obnoxious phone call from a driver claiming to have been sat there waiting for me since 21:30. Terrible service and rude driver. The app is badly designed and v. Difficult to understand.
