Does not have option for search location radius.

Returning to search results always resets everything and you have to reenter all search criteria again

It needs lot of work, not user friendly at all

The app will not let me refine my search.

Well i downloaded the app because when I looked on the website my search criteria was not saved when I selected a vehicle to view so I have to put in the criteria everytime I view a vehicle and that it very time consuming. The app is the same way. Other than that i love the app.

It's terrible because after you refine your search if you go to view a car then back out from the car you have to refine your search again it's not worth it

Missing some filter options, but mainly the options it does have don't stick after going into a listing (when you return to the list, the filter options are reset) and the price option never came up, just spun their custom wait icon.

When a vehicle is selected after refining a list of vehicles, the refinement options reset. Also, it's impossible to refine a search by location because the section where you the city or zip code disappears when you click on it.

It has no way to designate favorites to save and revisit, and it loses your search parameters when you look at a car then go back. These problems make the app nearly useless. If they'd fix these two things, it would rate among the best.

Your app and your site must be maintained by a child. It is extremely lacking in filters and does not even load the layout of vehicles that it is supposed to. Must update or you will loose all your referrals to CarGurus!

It doesn't give advance search options for initial search and when you refine your search and go to look at a car listing, when you go back it keeps giving you results for used 2015 usedx cars, completely forgetting the parameters you set up moments ago so you have to start all over again. Sucks as badly as the website which does the same thing. After this review I'm uninstalling the app

OK. It helps for a little bit of exploration, but it's missing a few things that would be very helpful. My main problem is the lack of option for desired drive train. One of my car must-have's is AWD. This app/site is useless for me in that regard. Add that option and 5 stars are yours.

Installed because of good ratings but never could get it to open.
