Authy 2-Factor Authentication for Android
Youve locked me out of my Coinbase account!
Wouldn't use two-factor without it but fingerprint would be nice.
While I'm not sure why several other users have had issues with this app, I can say that in my personal experience I have had none. Easy setup, recommended by Bitwarden and it just works. I'm not truly a fan of the design, however, as I find both Google and Last Pass Authenticator to be better in this area.
I can't get it to recognise the site that's asked me to download it. It says that it will be in the list but its not and there's no search or any help that useful. For a novice like me I'm at my wits end with it. I can access the site I've invested moiety in because of this thing
Way better than Google Authenticator. Way more use friendly. Also if you lose your phone you're not screwed because you can have back up devices. Also what made me want to post a review is the copy and paste function. So instead of having remember those six numbers and exit the app and go into the other ask I have to do is copy and paste they have a nice little convenient button that does it ask for you. Beautiful app!
Support is nonexistent. Don't waste your time with this buggy app.
It's almost fall 2017, and this app still doesn't support fingerprint locking. The API came out in Marshmallow, and now Oreo was just released. This is really pitiful. It's a good app in that it offers syncing, but so do other apps now. LastPass Authenticator, Authenticator+, etc. This app has lost its competitive edge. Promised features have been "in the works" for months if not years, and there's little reason to believe they're coming at all. What's this app missing? At minimum, - fingerprint support - custom/more graphics in general (& better quality - the graphics that were passable years ago aren't anymore); the default list of apps is much smaller than the sites for which 2FA exists today, & generic key icon doesn't cut it - fix the bugs: e.g., random names get capitalized that weren't entered that way, renaming things "saves" but then doesn't display that way in the actual grid, To truly stand out, - real material design, e.g., maybe a hamburger menu, bottom button navigation, or fob button to add new sites - a dark theme, for OLED-type displays - more views; grid can be cumbersome, list is too big - auto alphabetization (as an *option*)
Excellent with app lock facility, Fingerprint login would by l be nice feature, One question, Are there any limitations on tokens?
The app is awesome especially the recover feature that's definitely a plus and make this app so much better than Google Authenticator definitely deserve 5-stars gratitude's to Developers under user interface is pretty simple and easy to use good job keep up the good work guys
Great authenticator, missing 2 things: - fingerprint auth instead of pin - support for counter based tokens
Sites not recognizing suddenly after the new update
Does everything I need, and the multi device support is secure and reliable.
Everything a 2FA code generator should be (and what Google Authenticator is not!)
Works great, custom logos would be helpful
Please add support for Android Wear, fingerprint and LastPass!
Great service...would suggest adding custom logo support, as well as fingerprint auth on mobile.
Please add fingerprint security
No Android wear support and no fingerprint login...
Great for sharing logins.
Sign in with fingerprint is missing. LastPass is ahead of Authy in this regard.
Nice app... Needs support for fingerprint reader
I keep getting "multi-device is disabled, goto Settings->Devices to enable it" . Yet there is no such settings under settings. All other options are also unavailable.
Authy tokens are no longer being accepted in any of the websites, rather i am being lately dependent of google authenticator as all of sudden all my authy tokens when entered are showing "INVALID TOKEN". Due to this i lost my logins to many apps & websites where i only had authy as my 2nd level authenticating factor.
2FA without the hassle. Your codes are backed up based on your phone number and everything is encrypted with a master password you define. Wish it had fingerprint login and 2FA push notifications.
I got a lots of keys now in the system, but now I have no idea anymore which key belong to which site. It would be good to add a freely editable remark field.
My only 2-step verification app for all my online accounts. The only thing missing is the confirmation that pops up from a notification bar that would really simplify things.
Great app, but I'm sure fingerprint unlock used to work with it and can't fathom why it's no longer there. Other than that it works great
Keeps saying time is out of sync when it isn't, also it would be great to have landscape support for tablets.
Love the app on both Android and iOS. Sure wish the Android version would get the fingerprint unlock option. That would earn the last star in my opinion.
Promised Android Wear support when? Edit: More than 2 years late now.
Rebooted phone. Several accounts gone. Unreliable. Others reported before that authy does this, randomly deleted accounts. No way to recover them.
Broken. Says I have app install on other device. Have to go other device to deactivate it. Don't know when and what that device possibly could be. Makes this pointless and unusable for life.
I like this app so much I'm getting worried about the fact that it's free.
I love the finger print reader support you've added. Oh no wait, that still hasn't happened
It's a nice app but if the third-party service is set up to send the secret token to authy, the user is left with no way to independently backup the token should the authy service fail for some reason.
I have problem. It can't work after restore the phone.. Need help from support.. Error is there. Multidevice is disable.. I can't enable..
I lost net connection well signing up and now i cant get in with my account
Authy just makes 2FA easy. Syncs between my tablet and phone. No need to use Google Authenticator. Much better functionality.
Great app love the widget, only thing I need is for it to be able to pick up the interval from the QR code or be able to set it in manual entry mode.

I thought I I knew more than I did about this stuff, but apparently not quite. I got stuck at the part where it tells me I need to scan my two authenticator codes above and have no clue what that even means?! Above where?? I ended up going to my main Bitcoin account and QR scanned my PGP code there, and they said it was invalid. So, I got pissed and started scanning anything & everything around my place-like boxes of baseball cards and magazines out of boredom...
