I am a newbie to Android having got sick and tired of Apple's lack of pen support on the iPad. I love digital art and also need to sketch on a tablet that offers palm rejection, so when the 2014 version of the Galaxy Note 10.1 appeared with its 2560x1600 pixel screen, I signed up with my local Telco. Despite Austeresoft Image Editor being written for phones, I liked many of the unique filters offered by this app and downloaded it. To my initial disappointment, the app applied the filters to my photos, but the Save function didn't work on my Galaxy. Baffled, I emailed the developers and received a polite reply within 12 hours! Simply amazing customer service that Apple could do well to emulate. Anyway, a few more emails back and forth with Austeresoft and within 48 hours they had rewritten the app so that it is now usable on the Galaxy Note 10.1. The save function still doesn't work (as at Jan 2014) but you can now share the processed image, either by emailing it to youself, or by importing it into another image editing app with a working save button - a satisfactory work-around while Austeresoft write a tablet version. Please support these guys - such service truly desrves it!
