Not able to place orders over app in SantaCruz,Mumbai.Called customer care and ordered.Have been using Doormint until recently.Their pickup has gone bad.Doormint packing was much better than Washola. Order was fulfilled in 2d on a weekend,not standard 72h. After giving 15kg for Reg wash n press and also after asking for a discount, was given a 50Rs discount in total, whereas 3kg has 50Rs/5kg has 100 discount. Service: *** Not happy, just OK. Will not recommend. App: * sucks

I read ad in newspaper about Washola n placed order from app followed by missed call to customer care. App did not show any progress but customer care called back n I have placed new order. You can specify convenient pick time n person will come @specified time. Person will check each cloth carefully n will weigh so that u get idea about your bill. You will receive call when clothes are ready n clothes will be delivered to your home at specified time n date n covered professionally.
