EC500 for Android
How can you set this up on a galaxy note 5 if there isn't a menu option? Also the app crashes when I go to the phone.
It has a very specific use, but if needed, the app is great.
Tried TelecoAV, wasn't good and paid for that!! Looked at this a while ago when it was a paid app, its now free and is great! Well done guys keep em coming!
Is it possible to delay the speed that the software pulses out the digits for extensions? As soon as the call connects, the software pulses 5 digits for an extension - in about 0.5 sec. This seems to be too fast for our Avaya system to collect all digits, as it takes multiple attempts to connect to a VoIP extension. The iPhone app "Avaya One-X Mobile Lite" dials the 5 digits a little too slowly for my taste, but it connects every time an extension is dialed. Other than that, your app is AWESOME!!!
Does what is promised but has a few flaws. It locks up frequently, specially when accessing call log If you select a contact you can´t go directly to calling but must first select the back of the number and then make the call. This is very irritating and is the reason for 2 stars Can´t access company phonebook But apart from these it runs quitly and is not difficault to set up
Finally an app for EC500 on the Android market. Had to play around with the different settings to finally get it to work. Would like to see a "help" file for all the different configurations. The biggest complaint is not having access to search corporate directory from the contacts tab. I would have rated this higher if this capability was enabled. The Avaya One-X Mobile Lite is much easier to configure and has access to corporate directory and works great in our environment.
Looks pretty but does not work reliably. Frequently locks up on my Nexus One with Gingerbread. I recommend TelecoAV as a reliable alternative.
This app is an excellent idea -- I'd like for it to replace my default dialer, but I don't think that it's quite ready for that yet. Locks up whenever I use "Call Log", the contacts seem a bit 1990-ish, and overall the UI needs to be modeled after something more recent, like HTC dialer. But in the end, it's a great app, and I'd recommend it. I can't wait for more updates - I'd be willing to pay for them.
