The Propana Virtual Real Estate app uses Augmented Reality Technology to help prospective buyers find their perfect property in Spain.

The app has two functions - the first allows clients to scan ‘for sale’ or ‘Se Vende’ signs. The technology built into the app recognises the image on the sign outside the property and overlays information about the property directly to your smartphone including images, videos, property sizes, features and floor plans. Clients can see more information about the property before they book a viewing. This means that you only need to book viewings for suitable properties in areas that you are familiar with armed with more information about the property.

The second function of the app allows clients on the move to search for property through their smartphone in a localised vicinity. Simply select the radius and property type in the Propana app to see all of the properties for sales in a 10km, 15km or 20km radius. You only see property in the areas that you are interested in.
