Terrible, even with login details still asks you to subscribe and pay! I am an insider subscriber and this is unacceptable.

I subscribe to ESPN and an insider. But login does not work on this app. And, I see many reviews by subscribers that do have any response. Horrible Customer Service.

The app is pretty decent with a couple bugs (when signing in if you type an incorrect username/password combo a dialog box informs you with options "cancel" and "ok". "ok" takes you to a contact us page). Nice to be able to view the issues digitally!

Can't login with insider account even though they lead you to believe you can.

Was told this was free with insider account.

After renewing my magazine subscription, I can no longer login. Sent an email, but no response. Zero customer support.

Can't log in to do anything!

Constantly crashes.

I love my subscription! I'm always on the go and I love to read.

You do realize this isn't even the official ESPN Magazine app... Their official digital subscription is offered through Google Play Newsstand. This app is simply trying to get your ESPN username and password and make you pay for something you don't need to pay extra for. ITS A SCAM!

How can espn expect you to pay a second time just to get the magazine on your phone even if you have already paid for the insider subscription?

I am having the same problem. Nothing loads except the ads. I get an error message on every other page.

Not a single page loads other than the ads, such garbage.

Don't understand the hate...have had 0 issues.

I want buy any old issues. It keeps telling me that I have to login to my google account that I am already logged in to.

This confirms it. I will be moving over to SI. They are still abt sports, not commercialism and popularity

Look, the old version of this didn't work particularly well but at least you got a shortened version of the mag. Whatever the new version is only loads the add pages. Have tried uninstall/reinstall etc.

I'm an ESPN insider...how do i link this to app... as i get a free subscription with my insider.

As an Insider I shouldn't be receiving a paper copy of the Mag each month and then be expected to pay for a digital copy via this app. On top of that, with the most recent update my previously downloaded issues are now unavailable. Someone lost sight of doing business for the customer.

The app only loads pages with ads. This is crap! As if I don't have enough ads in my life. Now I have an app created to do nothing but shove more ads at me.

Why exactly should I pay twice for the same product? Yet another reason to start shifting my attention to Yahoo or nbc sports. This is just ridiculous.

What an absolute farce. Can't use your standard Insider UN/PW. Must pay extra for the ability to use the app. No thanks. I'll read the digital content on my PC or laptop. ESPN should be ashamed. Uninstalling after posting this review.

First, ESPN Magazine is beautiful. Wonderful photography and great journalism. Now, this app: 30-days free, then forced autopay $3.32/month in addition to Insider subscription. Cancel is hard to find. Very misleading for current subscribers. App is pretty, but SLOW on a Nexus 5 w/ Lollipop 5.1.1. Have to download each issue to own internal storage. Sign in unnecessarily complicated; doesn't use ESPN sign in, but uses login provided in the invite email at the bottom. 120Sports app still light years ahead.

Read the angry reviews about logging in. Logged in successfully using the UN & PW provided at the bottom of the email. Realized the UN field had a space at the end of my email, so it didn't recognize the UN. Corrected that and logged in. Was able to DL an issue, and saw I could download back issues. But only the eight most recent. After that I can buy them. When I have subscribed to the print version for years. No thanks, uninstalling after I post this.

Also paid for digital sub. Can't view it, neither could person who received it. They told you, and you never returned contact. Do not purchase. Rip off.

All I had to do was read the entire email. Toward the bottom of the email, I found my user name and password. My nephew gets my hardcopy so it's nice to have the Magazine digitally.

If you are an insider them check your email from back in June to find your log in information. Espn sent it to you already

They say it is free but you must keep on suscribing. B.S. that is what you are ESPN.

Received the app offer. Unfortunately all the login opportunities espn gave me have not worked. Disenfranchised user here. You gotta get the simple login right before offering this up!

Just got a very friendly email telling me I now can access Issues and Insider for FREE using this app. Yet when I login and everything, they ask me to pay $4+ for each issue or Subscribe (which I already do) for even more money. What a Rip these guys are, should be ashamed of themselves for being liars or just flat out crooks.

If I am already an Insider,why does my sign on not work? Do you think I am getting an extra subscription just for the digital version?? You're nuts!

I was excited to get the email that full digital versions were now available. Since I am an insider, I was even more excited to see that it was free if I logged in with the given name and password. The android version will not take the name and password that you gave me to use. That ios version works just fine so I know the info is correct. Please fix.
