2. Significant gap between the experienced and the newcomers
3. Lack of stories of success and failures-the stepping stones to success.
So, we at How I work, aim to provide this directory of leading professionals in Bangladesh, we hope to bridge the gap by sharing their stories, of both failures and accomplishments.

Overall nice UI, but it should be more responsible for all sizes of device screen and rotation. A hamburger menu would be helpful for users to find out the category and other options.

"How I work" is a very ambitious step for Audacity IT. But rather than saying it is ambitious which it is, since it should be hard to get an interview with such high profile peoples, I would insist on the word "necessity". In a developing country like us, most people get discouraged even before doing something. Rather than focusing on what we could do with what little we have, we see what we do not possess. But listening or reading other peoples success under the same circumstances where we give up, gives up hope. Makes us realise that we too can be successful if we try. And this is where this app comes in. This project/app interviews young successful people, inteupreneur of our country. And I, like many others get inspired whenever I read any of the new interviews. I have been an avid reader of "How I Work" site from the very beginning. This app has enabled me to read more success stories by making it more accessible. The UI is very well done as expected of Audacity IT. Great Job!
