Explanation of permissions
Receive sms: App can detect when you receive a sms
Send sms: App can send sms
Read phone state: Check if phone is in airplane mode or doesn't have reception
Read contacts: Get contact name from phone number
Read sms: Read already sent and received sms
System alert window: Display the button on top of active window
Notification listener: Remove the default sms app notification when you reply with this app

Add more settings like colors, icons, and a way to exit the pop up so you can close it. Great start
