Omaha Diversity Week 365 is about recognizing our individual differences by way of our community and the corporate initiatives that connect us. The conference and events we host can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, or other ideologies and learning around diversity. The ODW365 purpose is meant to provide a community platform that allows a multicultural voice of inclusion to be heard from every area of the community where we live and work.
