AT&T Voicemail Viewer

I've used 5+ years...works great! Voice to text translation isn't always accurate but still useful. Messages can be forwarded via email, be great to have text forward option.

If you are looking for visual voicemail and you have a newer android just dial the envelope on your call screen and visual voicemail will set up. This is not for cell phones!

This does not work on my AT&T Galaxy S8. Spent hour with AT&T tech support who also could not figure a way to get it working.

Worked great before update. Now won't work at all. Like others said, temporary password (I have tried using temp passwords numerous times) NEVER WORKS!!!!! WTH pay enough for plan, you would think they could afford to pay someone enough to produce working apps.

I've used this app for years and suddenly there are "server errors". I was notified of 5 voicemail messages at 1AM this morning for messages received yesterday at 7 AM. I chose AT&T for THIS service. Please address this concern asap. Update: 03/28/17 - so this kind of got better until this morning when I was notified of 4 messages at 4 AM this morning that came in the last 4 days. Not sure what's going on again.

Bring back the old app! There was nothing wrong with it! I can't even log in on this new piece of crap you are calling and app! FIX IT! DO BETTER!

Can't get past the setup stage. I enter the number and the password and it tells me one of the other is not working. I can call my voicemail just fine but this app doesn't work at all. It's total crap.

This should not be in Google play as it is not for cell phones. My Marshmallow OS has built-in visual voicemail. You hit the phone then symbol with combined mail/VM graphic. You don't need an app anymore for droid..

You need to go back to the old version. With the update I no longer receive notifications when I get a voicemail and the settings button is gone from my app so I can't even check to see if my customized notification settings were deleted.

It won't allow me pass the setup part. It keeps saying invalid. As much money as we pay to use our devices, we could be able to fully utilize all apps.

App works fine except for the speech to text feature. Worst ever interpretation of clearly spoken words. Thankfully can listen to actual VM, only way to get the message. AT&T needs to fix!

I used to have visual voicemail on my 6 edge + for the last year as with the last update I lost it and now I can't sign in to be able to see my voicemail as it is saying my phone incompatible. Very disappointed.

This app is worthless, I can't even get past the log in. Tells me my log in or password is incorrect although I have had this same account and set up for 6 years. Useless.

Same issue as everyone else. Can't get past login. Show some love to your Android users AT&T

Quite disappointed: this app doesn't work now, worked before. FWIW the web portal doesn't work either, when accessed about 48 hrs ago. Could the two be related?

It used to translate voicemail to visual messages. Hence, "visual voicemail," doesn't do that anymore. It's worthless. It's just the standard AT&T voicemail. Restore it to what it was!

Scam. I'll report it. Just kept asking for my pin and even with AT&T on the phone helping me reset it, it still wouldn't work. Shady...

PLEASE FIX Still have widget problems after android update on s7, widget won't show a message, lost several customers, app is very basic anyway coming from such a huge company, now my cell update to Android 7 and widget won't show I have a call

Same complaint as other users. This app does not work with my new S8. Previous version worked well but no longer available or not compatible for the S8.

Doesn't work, plain and simple. You can't even register/login the first time you open the app. 1 star is that lowest rating available on the Play Store, and that's still too high.

Says my voicemail number or password are wrong but they aren't and I can call in fine. Useless. Gotta go back to google voice.

App worked fine and liked it. Now it has that it's not connected, so I cannot get or listen to messages. FRUSTRATING!

AT&T, really? You do have another app Visual Voicemail, that works like a charm, but its not available on here? Why keep and offer this junk, that doesn't even connect???

I upgraded phones from LG G3 to LG V20 when my LG G3's CPU fried and I now can't log in and see my messages. This is very disappointing!

Claims my login is invalid. Works fine when calling in.

Gives me a PIN error every time, even though I can call my voicemail the PIN works fine.

Can't get passed the set up page. S8 does not have the one my 7 had. This really annoys me!!!

Upgraded to Galaxy 7 phone and lost ability to forward the wav files. No settings at all. POS

Same story. App won't let me sign in. Why dosent at&t do something about this. Its a huge problem.

Worked great on my old phone but won't sign in on the new phone, says pin is incorrect even though I know it's correct.

Would be nice if transcribed messages properly created the email address and made a selectable hot link.

App busted need to key a # to enter attached voicemail ..App keyboard does not work can't sign in

Can't even login with correct phone number and PIN. Thanks for wasting my time, AT&T, and forcing me to go find a 3rd party to pay to add this vital functionality.

Complete garbage. Does not even slightly work! Don't waste your time!

I was using this app on my galaxy s6 fine now I'm on the s8 and it doesn't work at all please fix this asap
