myAT&T for Android
I don't normally leave reviews, but this app is so poor I felt compelled. Loading anything takes way too long, quintupling the amount of necessary time spent. Among some other issues, I was told my auto debit was set up successfully, only to get a Past Due notice later. A slick-looking app doesn't do much good if it doesn't work very well.
It's the WORSE app I've ever encountered. Does AT&T make it dog slow so I'll upgrade my phone? No other apps are this slow or setup this poorly. I really want ti give it a -5 but it won't let you.
Garbage. When you use the chat function it opens up windows in the app and closes out the chat. Useless if you're trying to get anything done. And it won't let you copy and paste the link into a browser so you're either forced to type out a long link or leave the chat.
App. Worked fine, until the update. I try logging in, when it tries to retrieve account information, it hangs. I called AT&T, and nobody can help me with the app. The last person that tried to help me, was not listening to what I had to say and all we did is go in circles and at times he was condescending. What sucks even more, the app. is bloat ware, I can't delete the useless app. I pay close to a hundred dollars a month for phone service and I can't have an app that works. Fix the damn thing will you? I'm not the only person that has this problem with the app.
Was great but I have not been able to use for several months now.... I've tried uninstalling and re-installing... still can't use it. I can log on and see what I owe but when I try to pay it just keeps showing "retrieving data" extremely frustrating! Can someone help please?
What in the world has happened to the application? Used to work fine. Now I sometimes get greeted in Spanish instead of English & on top of that, now can't for the life of me pay the bill through this application. Very frustrating & horrid for a company that deals with technology.
This app sucks, "Retrieving account information" for months.... get your crap together. I been paying yall to much money for over a decade and yall can't spend a little of that to fix this crappy app? What BS
I liked the earlier versions better. All I want to do is pay my bill and monitor my data usage. The app has become more a marketing spam tool. I'm now looking for an older apk so I can uninstall this one. A lesson to me, my bad, I shouldn't have updated.
Still terrible. One would think with all the money att requires customers to pay for average service, they could generate a decent app. I guess that's asking too much.
It takes less than 10 seconds to pay my mobile phone bill from this app!!! Also, when I am sent a text msg from the app, notifying me that my bill is due, I have the option of either going to the app to pay OR replying "1" to the txt msg and my bill is INSTANTLY paid within a second!! I looooove it!! **I just wish i could figure out how to access my U-Verse acct through this app and do the same :( UPDATE (1/30/17) I went from 5☆'s to 2☆'s because, I installed the upgrade to fix minor bugs and now its doing what it did before, which was exiting the app after i click on the calandar for the payment arrangement option. So now i have to go online to pay my bill, which makes this app kinda useless.
Upon opening app, first display was in Spanish. All other pages in English. I never found an option to choose language and doesn't explain why was partially in Spanish. I had to log out and back in to account and then all better. Very strange. Makes me wonder if account information is getting sent to wrong people by mistake. Investigate Attached!!!!.. Nice app layout and on the right track. Just still lots of bugs.
I only have Internet service from AT&T, but to use this app, I need to allow it to CONTROL my phone's camera & bluetooth, look at texts and calls, and know my location. That is not necessary and far too intrusive to be able to use AT&Ts app for a non-phone service!!
This app gets worse with every "update". It sucks big time. Just when you think it can't get any slower, it does.
It takes forever to use because of how long it takes for each page to load (not a lack of signal). Even so, that would illustrate how slow att service is. Speed it up att.
Please remove the "turn off extra security" check box. It's condisending. I put extra security on my account for a reason. If I wanted to make it easier for someone to hijack my account I wouldn't have added extra security. The app is slow, freezes, crashes constantly.
Used to be good, but I haven't been able to pay my bill for a month now. Gets stuck loading my info. Tried updating, uninstalling, updating again... Frustrating...
This app NEVER works. Constant load & retrieving my acct info. How on earth can AT&T operate with defective technology?????? I just want to pay my overinflated bill via this useless app. Smdh...
After typing in password it takes 5 minutes to load to get to the security code page, then it takes another 3 or 4 minutes to load the main page with billing info while I'm on wifi. It used to be a seamless transition from screen to screen. Current device is Galaxy S6. PLEASE FIX!
I have been trying to pay my bill for over a week using this mobile app and it just says retrieving info and never comes up. Still today doing same thing.
Can't even log in. Just keeps saying loading account info with the loading symbol spinning. Smh. This app sucks for the simple facts you can't use it! !
This app was good until last update. Can't login. I just get a white screen. Update: After last update the app works great again. Thanks at&t for listening.
Used to work well.. now it takes a long time to open!
This app is slower than snot and is annoying to use. It would be nice to have this overhauled with the sole intention of making it function faster.
I'm having problems with loading. I click on the billings and payments to look at my bill and loads forever. It's really draining on my battery and my patience. Please fix this issue
I can log in, I can see my bill, but that's it. If I try to do anything else I get the endless Retrieving Account Information screen.
App is slow, even on AT&T WiFi. It just links you in circles. There's no way to initiate the cancelation process or communication with staff.
Used to be a great app. Now just spins while trying to load my account info, then fails with L569 error
The new version SUCKS! Way too slow and way too busy. Downgrading to older version and the locking so it can't auto update.
Since new updates can not log in to my account with the app. I have to go online. It is useless now
Used to work fine on my Moto G3 and now that I have a Galaxy S7 active , it's slow as molasses outside in the snow if it loads at all. Do better AT&T and fix this!
This update is garbage...I can't even make a payment. It has logged me in and kicked me out.

Worthless! 3 steps to get to my data usage. But, as usual billing is right there in our face.!
How come my front page of info is all Spanish with the new upgrade. I can't find how to get rid of it. Total fail.

Prior to the user interface "improvements", it was a much better and more informative app. What used to be 1 click is now several and info like "last updated" in terms of the GB used is gone.
I don't mind the new style, but I wish there was still a bar for the remainder of my billing cycle to compare with my data usage. Now it just says how many days I have, which isn't helpful to visualize with data usage
Sucks! I can never log in to my ATT account to view my bill! It just can never get into the system.

The app's pace is glacial. It takes too long for items to load completely. It also racially profiles users. The app's UI is originally set to US English, but after updating (and most likely because of my last name), it automatically switched to Spanish. Don't make me sue you, AT&T.
