myAT&T Business allows End Users and Account Managers on Corporate accounts to manage their AT&T Wireless Accounts from their Android devices.
With this application, you'll be able to easily and securely manage specific account functions including:

-Bill Payment from a new or existing payment method
-Schedule Future Dated Payments
-Setup or manage AutoPay
-Reset Voicemail Password
-Find AT&T Wi-Fi Hotspots and Store Locations
-Create or reset Custom End User PIN
-View Usage including Mobile Share Usage
-Contact Customer Care or Tech Support via Call or Chat with just the tap of a button
Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will be able to also
-View the full bill (up to 12 months of bill history available)
-Change Rate Plans
-Add International Features
-Suspend Data for an end user
-Update SIM/IME
-View Usage for the entire account

You must have an active AT&T CRU account in order to use this application. Some functionality may not be available based on your company agreement with AT&T. myAT&T Business does not support non CRU accounts.

Epic fail. This app is absolutely worthless. Before I switched my account to business, the My AT&T app was perfect. This business app is as if it's 10 years old. Worthless and I mean worthless.

It takes forever to load. Then the input for the phone number is not a Key pad as it is for other code number? It takes a myriad of steps to get what you want. For me, I want data usage for all devices quickly accessed. Nope. TERRIBLE APP DESIGN!

Worst app I have ever seem after paying my bill could not get out of the app. Had to terminate it to get out. At&t said it was my S7, but it does the same thing on our other phones. Promised updates to fix, never happened. I removed it from all phones today, after a year of waiting for help. Good idea, epic fail. Sorry support, blames everything but poorly written app.

Fic App Error Lu003 Login Locked, Over 1 Year Prsmier has not solved this Logon Errir, Resetting Login Allowed,Close App Login Error Login Repeated LUpp3 Login Error Account Locked. Last 11 Years $10,000.00 + Business Premier Enterprise Mobility Account. Think after 11 Years what I have paid AT&T that they can solve Fux this minor PCO Login Error LU003,AT&T Agent (Flunkdd), says no such error,when I speak with Supervisors' they can find the System Error Code and another Ticket # is filed for Tevhnology Premier to Solve Error,$64,000.00 Question? When Hrll Freezes Over!!! For Christ's sake Solve Fix the problem and fo your troubleshooting Programmer

Has one or two useful features but the app is buggy and slow. Even still it is helpful for our small business despite the usability issues. Hopefully ATT is able to build upon this app and refine it. Devs, for a well built app that is incorporating business enterprise features, check out Microsoft's office365 admin app.

It is obvious that no one at AT&T or the app developer reads these reviews or probably even cares about theses reviews. This App is HORRIBLE!!!! But typical for a AT&T product or service. I have a Samsung S7 Active. The App will open to screen that says Stop Texting and Driving and then goes to a completely white screen and eventually to a crash report (which again no one probably reads or pays attention to, if you take the time to compete and submit). So app fails to open which makes it unusable!! AT&T WAKE UP! YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TALKING, BUT APPARENTLY NO ONE AT&T IS LISTENING!! CAN YOU HEAR US NOW???? Probably not!

I used this app for awhile now I go to use it all I get is a white screen. Not to mention I'm really sick if at&t they are robbing data I remember when 5 or 10 gigs was so much data now 40 is not enough and their service and signal strength is garbage

Will work with iPhone but all the sudden it quit working with Android don't know what the deal is. This is how I pay my bills so they better get it fixed if they want my money

Typical low-quality AT&T app. Specific issues: 1. Poor security: Only support 5-digit numeric PIN. No complex passwords. No multifactor authentication. 2. Slow: Pages take a long time to load, even relative to other apps that need to look up current account information dynamically. 3. Cumbersome navigation: On many pages, the phone's "back" button backs you entirely out of the app, such that you need to log in again to return to where you were. If I wanted to use on-screen navigation buttons, I would have bought an iPhone. 4. Difficult to understand jargon: I'm logging in with my "IVR PIN" for my "AOP Login"? Even the AT&T human I talked to didn't know what these acronyms mean. My usage plan is "MS Value v3.0: 3GB". Huh? 5. The only reason I installed this app is because an AT&T human said I could configure notifications for failed auto-payments and data overages. I can't figure out how to enable either. AT&T human subsequently said that notifications would be automatic. Have had app installed for months, but didn't receive notification when payment was declined a few weeks ago - now I have a late payment charge! Great wireless service, but horrible apps :(

This app sucks. AT&T has to be the worst wireless company. I have been trying to my bill with this app for 2 weeks and have had the pin reset multiple times. It still does not work. They make paying your bill the most difficult time ever.

I can't use the back button to exit the app any longer, I have to use the app manager (Samsung S7) to exit the app. The feature set for a business class app is terrible. You would think of all businesses AT&T would have the resources to have a well thought out, functional, feature rich app. Guess not.

About the only thing this ATT app is good for is to setup a payment or contact a representative. Nothing else seems to work properly or the app isn't smart enough to do much else. The app for non-business customers is a much better app. Not sure why ATT would give their business customers an app that is fairly useless.

Constantly logged out if you accidentally hit the back button at the bottom of your phone. This is not meant for a business it's meant for individual. I don't want to have to log into each and every phone number individually to look at what's going on to turn on data, turn off data,. As usual AT&T has failed. It is not user-friendly comma it doesn't make it easy to manage the account. It needs some major updates.
