AT&T Enhanced PTT

I kept declining the last upgrade, and somehow it upgraded itself. Now I have no more Bluetooth speaker. How can they screw up such a simple thing? Why aren't they fixing it?

Only appears to work 50-60% of time. Currently getting message that client support ending UPGRADE? If I select upgrade, it doesn't!

Speaker and mic volume seem to be very low on Galaxy S7 Active. Worked great on S6 Active. Alert volume is great but actually talking back and forth is very quiet.

Now that it can be easily connected to existing radio systems is awesome

Why do I have to give it so many permissions especially recording my conversation???

My Bluetooth no longer works!!!! How do I fix the problem? I need my Bluetooth speaker as I'm on the two way radio all day long while I'm driving.

The latest update, approximately 01Aug2016, broke bluetooth headset. I can no longer hear ptt calls in headset. Still works fine everywhere else, but not in this app.

It's good when it works. The app has a problem connecting to the server way to often.

EPTT updated 5/16... now my drivers just hear a buzzing static hum while trying to talk. Every 10th or 20th call might work, otherwise COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

Button likes to stick a lot. Sometimes you don't hear no one talking at all.

Service has declined recently. Garbled communication has increased.

Update keeps crashing

Bought a Samsung Note5.. My company uses this app, so I download it and pay the 5$ a month, just to find out this doesn't work for the Note5 yet... so until they update the app, useless for Note5. Months later still no update

Only one star cause there is no way to put a - in front of it. You'd figure the "biggest cell company" would have the resources to make this app work semi-flawless the past 7+ years it's been out.

I just purchased a Samsung s7 active for mostly using the ptt. Works good but the audio is extremely low. The person on the other end can just about hear me talking as well. Very disappointed. The at&t advanced support tech line was a waste of time. They suggested me to get another phone.

Works flawlessly on my Note 4. I haven't upgraded my phone because I love how awesome it works for me and I don't want to possibly go without it. When people beep me 9 times out of 10 I automatically have their name. Same goes when I punch in a number after I talk to them my history has their name and all I have to do is add to contacts. I have work and family groups very easy to use.

Latest new s7 is not compatible with app. I'm very disappointed

I can not downgrade to S5 now and I need PTT for my job. I have to get an Apple device to be ablr to PTT.

New version works great, love being able to rank my talk groups.

It is all but impossible for myself and my techs to go a full day without some kind of problem with this app. Half the time, I can't reach my techs because their phones are constantly reconnecting to the server. The other half, I reach my tech and in mid conversation I lose connection and have to reload the app. This is getting a bit ridiculous as this is the main reason we even went with AT&T and pay an extra fee to use a service that can barely pass as functional.

Cuts in and out. Receiver gets only half of my conversation. Needs updated.

Always drops data service and then marks you as unavailable.

I wish I had read the reviews before mine, but didn't feel a need to since I've been using this for a while. Upgraded phone today jsut to discover that it doesn't work on the Note 5. Had no reason to suspect it didn't since it worked on both the S5 and Note 4.

Our company just "upgraded" our phones from the Rugby to the S5, and now no one can hear anything, everything sounds distorted/muffled/static-y. The screen shuts off in the middle of calls, cuts off the caller. We switched phones because the Rugbys were getting old and had limited processing capabilities, so wanted something a little more powerful to try to eliminate some of the glitches that were showing up... Big mistake. The quality of service really suffers on these new phones.

We are upgrading our company phones, worked great on rugby but with a newer and more costly phone people complain of low volume level when transmitting via eptt. I am very disappointed.

Since the most recent update it will not work through my cars blue tooth

I liked when the app disappeared in the notification. I hope they come out with another update soon so you don't have too see it just up on top at the notification not the whole app.

My company has variety of s4 to s6's and the app since the update constantly is going off and on.
