AT&T Locker

Why are you discontinuing this app? Over 10 million downloads...are you coming out with something similar? You know, I left Verizon for att partly because of some of your offers and features, this app being one of them. Slowly but surely you guys are taking away everything I switched for. Making it VERY easy for me to switch back. Even tho Verizon cell service is way better then yours, I've stayed with you. This might be the straw that breaks the camels back!!!

The old app worked fine...Why reinvent the wheel?!? Just update the way it looks, don't tinker with the guts. The whole point to the app is to back up photos NOW IT DOESN'T DO THAT. WHAT'S THE POINT?! AT&T, you messed up. Now it's being discontinued?!?! What's the matter at&t $140 a month isn't enough? Can't give us anything huh? And you're rated lowest among all carriers. Unbelievable

I really love the privacy of AT&T locker so thank you so much discontinuing it. I don't have a laptop because I have a smartphone, which is basically like a mini laptop. So I guess I will end up losing everything in my locker. Thanks for nothing.

(From 2013) After update I cannot open photos. All I get is a buffering wheel. Please fix. NEW POST. (5/27/17)This POS app barely worked anyways. Downloaded many files, only to sit and watch the buffer wheel spin trying to view my photos. A little business advice AT&T: Don't offer cloud storage, then take it away. Do you really think your loyal customers will trust anything you put out again? Ive been with you before the Cingularity days. T-Mobile is looking pretty inviting now.

As you're disconnecting the locker on August 3rd, I will also be leaving AT&T service that day to a different mobile service provider. Thank you for disappointing me.

To be honest it is great, but just like AT&T create something then take it away. My guess is they don't have anything to replace it. First my Samsung note 12.2 pro, now my storage for pics, and stuff.

It was great until they decided to go off and get rid of it. Now i cant even get logged into it to download everything before the deadline. Thanks AT&T

So AT&T is going to discontinue this app. So now I have a piece of bloatware that I can't use or remove. Thanks AT&T.!

Being discontinued BUT yet the AT&T app keeps offering to use it. Inconsistent.

Complete harassment letting you know in April that it's being discontinued in Auguest. Pops up constantly making it impossible to use my phone, harassment. Notifications are blocked yet it still pops up. Huarasment!!!!

Dear AT&T, Will someone from customer service print and make this available to whoever is in charge, please? I've been a loyal customer of your Locker for a few years, I found it to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy and easy to use. In my personal case, not once did I never lose a photo or a file, but I found everything all tidied up and readily available for viewing, reading, listening or downloading. I was so impressed by AT&T that I chose them as my service carrier. You got it, I'm a paying customer. I just found out you're discontinuing the service in August and have not yet provided a better alternative than "download all your files into your computer or laptop" I'm sorry, but this to me is unacceptable. We chose your service for a reason, and granted, while free, there were many of us willing to pay a fee in order to stay. You never gave us that option and now you're taking everything away. Surely you must have a creative or development team so I simply can't believe they or you haven't come up with a better solution for the millions of people who've used the service. Why not create a partnership of some kind with a company that can, even for a monthly fee, provide us with the option to migrate our files to them. You don't want others to make the profit? Okay, Why don't YOU create it? Go ahead, charge us for it. It would be a win-win-win situation... You make a profit, rebuild your reputation and trust amongst customers (because I guarantee you this will raise eyebrows) and we get to migrate and keep our files online instead of having to wonder if we'll lose them should our equipment die on us (You know, computers, laptops, smartphones break and stop working) I could've whined, complained or bitched but I'm choosing to provide options.... And no, I'm not lazy, I could just download the damned files and forget about you but this service was pre loaded into my phone when I got it, as with millions of others. It was easy and always there and not everyone will know how to do things, and repeating the same thing doesn't guarantee they'll learn or release you from the responsability. And yes, I know AT&T locker was a free thing, but my phone wasn't free and neither is my monthly plan with AT&T. All I'm asking is for you to come up with something better, it's not much to ask and you can do it.

I like to share things with people in my contacts. Easier than google, more private, safer.

Locker works well but not always from the app. RIP YAHOO+AT&T, it's off to be with Verizon, now.

Discontinuing and deleting all your items that are backed up. Better download and save them from this app quickly!
