스마트원 OTP (스마트OTP)

1. 스마트 OTP란?
스마트OTP는 기존의 OTP토큰보다 편리하고 안전한 카드형 OTP 서비스로 스마트폰(안드로이드폰)에 접촉하여 OTP인증번호를 생성해 주는 일회용 비밀번호 생성기입니다.

2. 이용 대상 고객
개인뱅킹 가입자(개인 사업자 포함)

3. 이용 단말기 안내
NFC 지원 안드로이드 스마트폰 (OS 4.0 이상)
- 아이폰,아이패드,안드로이드 태블릿 PC 사용불가

4. 스마트 OTP 발급 안내
가까운 금융기관 영업점에 내방하시어 “스마트OTP” 발급 신청을 하시면 됩니다.
(신분증 지참, 대리인 발급 불가)

5. 분실신고 안내
스마트 OTP 카드 분실시 발급 받은 금융기관 고객센터를 통해 분실 신고 해 주시기 바랍니다.

6. 스마트원 OTP 이용방법
① 금융기관의 인터넷뱅킹/모바일뱅킹 거래시도
- 거래 정보 입력 후, ‘스마트 OTP 입력’버튼 선택
- 버튼 선택시, 하단에 일회용PIN 번호 출력

② ‘스마트원 OTP’ 앱 실행

③ 금융 기관 선택 및 일회용PIN 입력
- 현재 거래할 금융 기관 선택
- 인터넷뱅킹/모바일 뱅킹에 표시된 일회용PIN번호 입력 (2분내 입력)

④ 스마트원 카드와 스마트폰 접촉(Tag)
스마트폰에 내장된 NFC안테나가 있는 부분에 스마트원카드를 접촉(Tag)
접촉이 원활하지 않을 경우 접촉위치를 중앙>하단>상단 순으로 시도

⑤ OTP번호 생성
- 생성된 OTP 번호를 금융기관 뱅킹 화면에 입력
- 유효시간 1분내 입력

⑥ 스마트 OTP 입력 완료

6. How smart won OTP
