As vegetarians, we have spent a great portion of our lives in search of the perfect salad. We struggled to find not only the perfect tasting salad, but one that was created with the freshest local ingredients and produce, and made to order.

Acknowledging individuality, we wanted to offer a vast selection of ingredients maximizing your opportunity for Building Your Own perfect salad creation.

In addition, we have designed our concept around making the salad experience as simple and easy as possible by having our salad and wrap chefs do the chopping, mixing and tossing resulting in the perfectly prepared ready to eat salad.

We decided to open Chopped Greens to give Triangle residents healthy alternatives in foods that are fresh, made to order, reasonably priced and casually convenient whether you choose to eat-in our space and listen to our music, pick up and takeaway, or have it delivered to your office or home. In our world salads rule, so no longer do they take a side seat at the meal, but rather they ARE the meal.
