Jira Cloud - Official mobile app for Jira Software for Android
clicking on notifications doesn't open the item! how useless. i think it's because they are grouped in the notification bar.
Needs the ability to list all issues or filter issues. Only seems to show things that the signed in account has been involved with
Tapping "read more" when viewing a ticket is impossible. Overall UX is poor although the UI is pretty.
Constantly get error "session timed out" imediatelly after login
Awesome app for mobile. I have everything I need for on the go actions.
Constantly get error "Something's gone wrong. Try restarting the app and signing in again"
Just get a bad request everyone I try to transition an issue from Jira cloud
App keeps crashing on my Pixel XL v7.1.2 Need this for stand-ups!
Legit useful for on-the-go access and modification to tickets in current sprint. Happy that it's not trying to be a 1-1 feature map of website - please keep the app lean!
It now crashes on startup!
Nice app. Clean, simple design. Seems that App itselfworks very fast. Some key features are still missing
Helps me stay on-top of issues and boosts my productivity.
Needs support for self hosted
My tasks have sub-tasks but they don't appear anywhere.
Does not provide enough options comparing to the web client
Surprised by how well this app actually works. Been waiting for this level of quality for a mobile jira experience for a long time.
Pretty good for processing Jira Service Desk IT tickets quickly.
Functionality is ok, but notifications not working at all on Oreo.
Constant crashes.
They are always improving, I really liked the app.
This is a beautiful and very intuitive app. Love it so far.
Awesome application much better than the website
A great app
Great Job
Seems very buggy. Having the following issues. 1. Navigation: Get a message "Connection Interrupted ... Please Retry" 2. Logging in: Consistently get a message "Something's gone wrong. Try restarting the app and signing in again. Retry/Cancel". If I 'cancel' a few times (3), the message does go away. I am not sure if I am logged in, or just given the impression that I am. Needs some work :-(
Impossiblely unintuitive ux makes it difficult to find the data or tickets I personally need. I don't nee the full list of what everyone is doing by default. I need things I'm assigned to and things relevant to my team
Each time when I open the app a notification ribbon shows up in the bottom of the app "connection interrupted retry" is this only for me ?? Device: OnePlus 5
I like it. Allows you to do a good deal of things. Still some kinks to iron out (e.g. if you inadvertently click on Components, you're going to have a hard time to submit the issue, even if the field 'seems' empty).
First time sign in on mobile app, It bypassed password entry process. Serious security concern here
When I opened the application I was impressed about the great job that they did organizing all the elements, but when I started to use it, the user experience was really bad, first of all you have to practice a lot before you can move a ticket between boards using the drag and drop functionality, if you have an error for example the ticket missed the target realease the app only shows a bad request error message and you are not able, at least in an intuitive way, to set up the target release. Exist a button to move tickets between boards but it not reflect its intention at all, you are going to press it just for curiosity.
Horrible user experience like all Atlassian products.
Very smooth and great mobile experience! Genius way to transform Jira. I'm on an S8+
Buggy af
This is already much better.
Best and light weight app
It's not displaying backlogs and completed tasks... Long time issue
Best in class! Keeping doing great work! Love it!!
Bug: adding a comment (first comment) is not possible, can't see the input field nor a save button. Still some transparent text can be written at the bottom of the screen.
Extremely limited version of the desktop version. If you fully use jira, you'll find this app useless (basic and limited CRUD operations).

Unintuitive unless you want to look at boards. Want to see all user stories by project? No dice. Overall UX is barebones. If we wanted barebones might as well use Trello
