I installed it and entered my email to register but after several attempts it doesn't work.

Installed and uninstalled several times because it will not send confirmation email... still not working.

App works great. We use it for emergency alerts to our workforce as well as accountability. Complaints from other users stem from misconfiguration by the organization operators such as loud alerts. Check with your org

Nice notification program

It's a great app and a great concept, but these latest versions want too many permissions. Why do they need to know my device and app history? Why do they need my call log? This is just too much for an app that's supposed to just send me notifications. Whether it's just sloppy coding or inherently intrusive it's just too much. I deleted it.

Every time there is a warning it cranks your volume all the way up. There is no setting to change that. Really disruptive during meetings!

Need the organization code for Ft. Stewart, Georgia. Can't find it in desktop app at all. Any chance you can email it to me.

Organization Code? After logging in using the desktop, and conducting many searches, I'm unable to find the code for my installation. Directions for how to connect should be clear

I have the pleasure of using your app on both the droid and some systems. On the Apple system your app works mostly without flaw, however a good number of flaws exist on the android system or at least on Samsung. One of the flaws is the notification sound being intermittent, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.******UPDATE, I had the pleasure of working with the AtHoc team on getting the "bugs" worked out on the Android platform as well as Samsung. The app seems to be working just fine.

Horrible Initiation

It's a great app and I really liked getting the alerts no matter where I was, but it ignores the "mute" on the phone, so there were frequent instances when I was in a meeting with all sound on my phone muted, and this app would play its tone for the world to hear. Until I can figure out how to make it shut up when the phone is muted, I've got to uninstall it. :(

App is obnoxiously loud, even when phone volume is set to silent. Uninstalled because I don't want my phone to make noise when I have the volume off.

Holy cow! The permissions this app supposedly needs are outrageous. Why do you need to track me? (That's an option in the app you can't turn off.) Why do you need access to all of the other accounts on the phone? Full access to camera and microphone? Do not put this app on your phone. I'm considering doing a factory reset on my phone just to make sure it's completely off my phone.

A simple broadcast notification app. Shouldn't require camera, microphone and all the other. Avoiding install.

If you can't acknowledge messages in the app, and are getting the "cannot connect to the AtHoc Cloud Service." Error code 22ZZ2N. You need to uninstall, and then reinstall the app. Apparently an update they pushed out broke this on android, but a clean install fixes it.
