تثمين العقار

تطبيق تثمين العقار يساعدك على توصيف وتثمين العقارات الخاصة بك.
من خلال هذا التطبيق يمكنك إضافة بيانات العقار والتقاط صور للعقار المراد تثمينه وحفظها ومن ثم إرسال البيانات عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى مكتب عقار متخصص لتتم عملية تثمين العقار من قبل المكتب . أيضا يمكنك حفظ البيانات على هيئة تقرير.
وبهذا التطبيق نكون قد وفرنا الوقت والجهد أثناء عمليه التثمين وعناء الذهاب إلى المكتب العقاري من خلال عمليه إرسال البيانات الخاصة بالعقار .

يعتمد التطبيق على تمثين العقار حسب البيانات التالية:
- بيانات عامة (صاحب العقار, نوع العقار, عمر العقار, ..)
- بيانات العقار الاساسية (الموقع العام, التصميم المعماري, ..)
- موقع وحدود العقار (المدنية, الحي, رقم المخطط, ..)
- نوع الواجهات والأبواب (الواجهه الشمالية, الابواب الداخلية, ..)
- نوع الارضيات (الاحواش, الغرف, الاستقبال, ..)
- تقييم الارض والمباني (مساحة وسعر قطعه الارض, مساحة وسعر الدور الارضي, ..)
