This application converts your Android smartphone to a wireless headphone receiver. This is one of the best Android apps for real-time audio streaming. As each wireless headphone needs a transmitter, for this app to work you need to download and install the transmitter app from http://download.cnet.com/Wireless-Headphone/3000-2168_4-75914018.html
To use the app follow these steps in the exact order:
1. Run the transmitter app on your windows laptop that has WiFi
2. Then connect your TV's headphone jack, or any other device with a headphone jack to the microphone jack of your laptop.
3. Then start this app on your smartphone and listen to the audio coming out of TV or your audio device.
4. Press the circle with a rectangle with it to start listening.
5. If you want stop or pause listening you can press circle with two vertical line.
6. To quite the app press the circle with an arrow at the bottom of the screen.
The delay of the audio relative to video is minimal and negligible. One of the main advantages of this app, is its simplicity. It is just a plug and play app so you do not need to find the server IP address, or change an audio buffer size. Everything is done automatically and in a smart way. Not working on my xperia sp running 4.3 jellybean. Tried transmitter running on both windows 7 ultimate and windows 8.1. My TV is lg lb6300. I can't hear anything.

I tried to get this to use when watching tv or blue ray movies on the tv. It appears to require a windows computer to transmit the sound. Since I have no windows computer, it will not work for me.

Thanks to the built in audio offset adjustment in XBMC I'm streaming audio that is in perfect sync with the video. This is AWESOME. Exactly what I've been looking for and working perfectly to stream audio to my wired earbuds late at night without waking anyone up. We foster and often have babies that are up half the night. I've always wanted to watch movies on my XBMC but can't turn it up too loud. I can watch on my S3 but it's hard to change and feed a baby while holding a phone. So I got to thinking I should buy a set of bluetooth earbuds but they can be quite expensive to get a set with decent sound. Not to mention what a headache it can be to get openelec set up to use bluetooth. This app saved me tons of time and money! I rated the app 4 stars instead of 5 because it does lack the feature to adjust the audio offset manually. I am using a feature of XBMC to accomplish this, however this does not help me when streaming audio from live TV. And now here's a bonus that most people wouldn't think of: We can all eat chips right out of the bag during the climax of our fav movie!

I initially could not get the app running and got loads of static and no real sound. I found my problem and its that you need a stereo mix to get sound from the computer itself, which is what i had wanted. The lack of clarity and the extra requirements for what i wanted mean i have still only given it a 3 out of 5

I had been on the lookout for something like this before. The issue with most other apps of this type is that they can't sync the sound that you hear over the wifi network, with the video that you are watching on TV. This app is the only one I know of that can do that. NO lag between sound and video. Interface is dead simple. As long as you have the wits to set up the server side on your PC/Laptop, this app delivers.

I hear nothing. I have the server software downloaded to my windows 7 laptop, I extracted the files and kept them in the same file location, I have the app running now on my laptop, I have an audio cable running from my tv's audio out to my laptop's microphone jack, I have sound turned up on my tv and on my phone, I have the app running and playing on my phone, but I here nothing at all and I can't figure out what is wrong. My phone is a galaxy S3, my laptop is a Dell Inspiron N5050, and the tv is a SamSung
