Our easy and secure online ordering through tablet and smartphone, or any computer, goes direct to dispatch so there is no delay in the order process. When you log in you can order your taxi immediately, or choose a later time or date and the order will remain in the dispatch system until it is completed.
You can retrieve your order on your mobile device to check for estimated time of arrival to your pick up location, change date, time or any other feature, or cancel your order.
You can add commonly used travel locations (except airports, which are already shortcuts) to make ordering faster and easier. Save the shortcut name, such as work, dentist, home, or favorite restaurant, and the name and address of the location in your permanent profile and you can scroll to that shortcut to quickly enter that location in your order.
Save all cell phone, office and home phone numbers in your profile so if you need to call, our automated system will recognize any of those numbers and quickly place your order.

It would be good if the taxi's can actually find my place. I live in an apartment and for some reason GPS mostly never finds my place and the drivers mostly Don't understand that if you are not at my exact address than the GPS is wrong and you must find a way. Unfortunately some are dumb and don't realize this. Often I have to go find my driver. It's frustrating. You shouldn't have to walk all over looking for an expensive taxi you pay for on a regular basis. Been using other services when I can now. They are my last resort.

Frustrated with how when I book a taxi and it asks me to choose a credit card that when I finally go to pay using mobile it changes the card back to the default. Because I'm in a hurry to pay and leave I don't notice that the selection does not match my choice when I booked the taxi.

You are not assigned a taxi if you select use mobile pay to pay in the taxi. After waiting for 20 mins at Midway -- while a line of taxis were lined up at the taxi pickup door :( -- I cancelled the order, created a new order but select cash or credit in taxi, I was assigned a taxi immediately.

So I was able to pay for taxi without telling the pin number or swiping my credit card or driver writing down my card number. But the Find my Location Takes A long time to get my accurate location. I am not sure if it's the GPS problem but it works now with update

My worst experience with AT was about a week ago. He couldn't find me, I ended up finding him after 30 min of instructions. He could barely speak English and he got lost. I told him that I couldn't pay for the total ride since I was probably going be fired for being 1 hour late. He wouldn't let me get out and was yelling at me in Chinese. Finally I ran out of the cab using another door and he try to ran over me, calling me an as**. I called dispatch and email the company. They never replied back. 0/5

It used to work, now all of a sudden it doesn't. I can get all the way to where I would hit "Submit Order", but the it just says " Failed to Submit order." I also can't submit an order on their website. Edit: Updated the app to the new version that just came out, still doesn't work. How does an app go from working completely fine to not working at all?

The app doesn't work on Google pixel2. The total has comma instead of period and no way to fix it. Submitting gives an error.
