I just received their mailer. It is formatted to look official, but is really just a list of companies that have paid to be included. They have a plumber listed that tried to scam us. Showed a video of our sewer line with extensive root intrusion. Estimate to correct... $8000. We got second scope...NO roots! Always get multiple quotes...don't trust this service to provide unbiased recommendations.
