Cant upload or download using this dam app it show 100% when upload but then when refresh or use another device it didn't appear

Every time I put in my username and password to connect it says "connection timed out"

Lots of timeouts

The download part is okay, I can connect to my nas from outside. But I just can't share anything or translate anything to my nas through an upload way. The ports of web service have been opened, Any idea? P.s. I can upload things and the task was done, no file transferred.

up until recently I was able to press and hold my file and download to my galaxy s3 no probs from the pop up menu,now when I do it nothing happens....I thought it was an issue with my space on phone but have cleared that now so plenty available

Great app. Tho last update when you're renaming a file after every charter you change/enter the cursor will go to the end of the filename kinda annoying.

With my Nexus 5 and Android 6.0.1 app always crash when I share a file from other application. This happens either in local network or Internet. I'm running the latest app version but happens since beginning, it's a pity because I really like it. Please fix :(

Since the newest update I am unable to connect. AiData continues to work fine.

Dear asustor support, Since begging to now, why I unable login AiData with my android device with local networking?

Unlike my Qnap app, this gives an error messages when I try to play any video format with all 4 of my players. Makes this app useless. Same result with my Note 4,Galaxy Tab 2 and my Nexus 7. My 5008 outperforms my Qnap easily but the Qnap apps do exactly as they're supposed to. Very disappointed.

Crash fest

It's decent but is really lacking the feature to upload large files. I can't seem to upload anything larger than 2GB it would seem to the NAS. Which is a massive downside to me. Please sort this?

This new version crashes when I try to download from my NAS to my phone.

Wish it was designed like FX (an android file manager app)

Badly written piece of software. Easily crash in LG G2 (D802), Android 4.4.4. If there could be negative star, I'll give one. I manage a development team as well. This software simply cannot be launched. Mobile app testing is not trivial. Please find someone who REALLY knows how to test mobile apps on Android to make sure the app is robust enough on popular platforms and OS combinations.

There are serious faults here (Android 4.1.2). This one, like most of the Apps from Asustor, is half backed (quality check ?!?), needs lots work on usability and functionality (please rephrase "Supports HTTPS connections" ). I am very disappointed in this commercial NAS product, the level of service integration is borderline limited. Expected much more for the price ..

Needs more functionality. Select all items missing, progress meters hang andon't don't allow u to see what has been transferred, timeouts even when the connection is solid, missing total upload file size and progress meter for all uploads, if app closes u have to reselect all uploads and it doesn't continue...Ok but better off with ftp app
