ASUS Calendar

It's a simple, straightforward, & customizable calendar app but aesthetics-wise, inferior to other calendar apps. An icon that reflects the current date was what drew me to keep the app for a while. My biggest frustration with this is the back button issue (i.e. one cannot exit the app by pressing the back button). I've uninstalled then re-installed several times to see if that would fix it but that never resolved the problem.

PLEASE provide this app to OPPO phones.. ZEN UI is the most complete features so far than other phones. I've installed all ZenUI app to my OPPO A39, but not all appeared on play store. there are just : ZenUI, file manager, photo college, flashlight, ASUS live ocean, share link - file, ASUS livewater, ZenUI dialer, ZenCircle-social, ASUS contact, ASUS dayscene

This phone either has a complicated reminder setup or does not have it at all.in my old Nokia phone if i set up a birthday reminder ,the phone used to ring u till I switch off it myself however in Asus phone I never see any event reminder ring or even pop up. I Can't even change reminder rigtone as per my wish.

My calender is my memory, but with this app I can't even use it proberly! The alarm never goes off in time and so I miss important meetings or stuff to do. Sorry but my Nokia S3 have done more than this fancy ASUS phone.

This app only has short ringtones and does not repeat them so sometimes you don't hear them. Also, it sometimes doesn't play them at all, only vibrates once. Even that said, I looked everywhere for a better app, but didn't find any, that would work better. So have no other choice, but to keep using this one...

Fail. This is the most basic app that should work right on a smartphone. Notifications don't pop up I have to rely on the alarm clock for reminders. & The widget doesn't move along with the current date, even after launching the calendar, the widget is stuck on a past date. Unreliable.

Not a bad app, but I am missing or struggling strongly with: cannot simply copy events, why do I get event notification twice? (Once from this app, second from Google although I switched Google off), choice of the time is not the best user friendly way in my opinion. Old Nokia calendar was much more intuitive and you needed much less clicks to use it.

It stopped working. The date doesn't change as the days go by. I followed the instructions from a staff member, to update de app. It worked at that moment, but then the date on the icon went back to not work again, and now the apoitments on the calendar will show the reminder a week later! Thank goodness for wall calendars!!! I'll uninstall this app and look for something else .

The app icon that appears say on your home screen, never reflects the correct date. Sometimes if you refresh the app it will reset it back to the correct date but this is very hit and miss. 9/10 times it doesn't work and you're back in the same position the day after.

Icon stopped showing the right date when I changed the icon theme from ASUS icon theme packs. As soon as I reverted back to original ASUS theme, issue was resolved. So took one star off for that. Otherwise, simple to use app.

I have removed Google calendar and planned to use as standalone apps but it is not retrieving the Google online calendar. It works with device stored calendar data only. In add account option no option to add gmail account. Stupid app.

Very useful and lots of personalisations. One thing that I need is the possibility to add beside week number a letter (in my case) so that I can see exactly in the future my work week. Thank u

Doesn't remind of events like birthday. It has been almost 7 months that the developer have not included this feature. This is disgusting. Too much poor approach.

Calender monthly format is okay. Please improve and make it more readable and nicer with very light yellow or very light blue as base. The current version with white base filled with days and numbers are not nice and hard to read!!! I am using Asus phone. Thanks.

Easy to use. Can be more fun if i can write a note, check note(list item) and have my own diary in this calendar. And i can't save my dad birthday in 1950

Using the default Asus email application..recently calender has started showing multiple meeting invites for the same meeting and keeps giving reminder as many times as it shows in the calender...Very irritating...!please fix it.

Only one problem with the widget.The current date cell is filled with light color which is barely visible. If the current date were shown bold and in some other dark color, it would have been better.

Excellent app does so much automatically... really makes life easy, especially when you always have to go new places. Well integrated with other programs.

But if u add an option of editing previous dates & also a cut, copy, paste functions, it will be far more productive. And also an option of using customized ring tone. And a pop up screen alert.

Great app to help me not to forget birthdays and other important events. One thing I haven't found thou... I've set up yearly birthday reminders and I didn't find how to set it up so it allerts me with sound and on the display when someone's birthday is... I have to look at the calendar from time to time. And when it's someone's birthday and I touch the date (today), boom, it alerts me... I suppose I'm not that good in setting up the app...

Cannot use... You create appointments and color code them in Google Calendar for ease of identifying. Unfortunately, this app cannot perform the very basic task of showing you those colors in the monthly view. I've now had to install Google's proper calendar app to view these, making it so I have the very similar apps twice for no reason in my device storage. People complain about lack of certain key features in the Google base app but this one takes those basic features and strips them out! Thinking of rooting device so I can uninstall and regain the space. One positive that Google should learn from: this app's widget has transparency between days instead of the "Google knows best" white in everything... That is however the only positive thing I can say about it.

I like it when the icon reflects the current date as with other calendar apps. Very useful when you only want to know the current date instead of opening the app. My wife uses zenfone 5 and it did so. I love to see it in my zenfone 2.

I must say, u guys have to improve a lots in this sector like. if possible, add important daily details for the users for their updates as like National holiday, important dates n many more as for various users in multi nation country... n I really believe one day it'll come up... thank you.

...although a bit slow moving around days and updating the info. Not sure if I'm doing somwthing wrong, but did not experience the same performance on their, non ASUS, android phones,when using calendars.

Great calendar app but don't know why not included in ZenFone 3 that I have to manually download it. One weird thing I encountered is, say I have a recurrent event in calendar, if I delete one occurrence then all the following occurrences will displayed as tentative.

Hi Asus, there seems to be an issue with this calendar during the recent update. Mine is ZE500KL. I just opened the app and scrolled down to check the months and holidays. I also checked settings. I used the back button of my phone to go back to current month but using the back button once again does not allow me to close the app. it just stays on August 2016 calendar. Hope you can fix this. Thanks for noticing this.

Certain apps glitch or freeze the phone. The speakers could be better our louder. Other then that love the graphics and details and the set up

I wonder why my icon is stuck at 4th October? It use to reflect the current day's date, which is very good, but not anymore. Please advise.

It's simple and elegant, love the interface unfotunately i can't sync my facebook with this app since my facebook using a different email with playstore. So for me? It's useless

Not default icons for birthday anniversary etc. and not space for put year of born or year of wedding etc.please work on this now no Indian holiday showing and Indian holiday also not showing

Why it is showing in Chinese or some other language . Reminder doesn't work properly the icon shows a default date with Chinese language . Such an as hole calendar app for ZenFone

It would be better if the 'what's new' list was headed by what's new rather than a request for five stars, like every other Asus app.

In the monthly view of calender if I want to go-to next month I need to do the swipe towards right. In all other apps it is so easy with up and down scroll. Do implement the same.

Indian holiday are not shown by the application even if you have selected to show Indian holidays. Extremely disappointing behavior and programmers are so stubborn to find and fix this issue.Still require to improve Indian holiday function

Love my new ZenFone 2 but marshmallow is really taking its time already people are getting impatient and bricking they're phones trying to get it working you guys are a international business you guys should be improving your products without forcing your consumers to rate things five stars when will we be updated about marshmallow? Hopefully it doesn't include as much bloat I had to freeze half the bloatware with link2sd after root hurry it up and less bloat please!!!

It won't load Persian Calender. I only have this problem on my ZenFone 2. It loaded the Persian Calender and just stopped loading only that calendar after a certain date. It is still loaded on all my other devices, but I always set my appointments on my phone.

It doesn't remind the saved events like birthday in calendar.
