I was excited from sending my qr code to having that info synced in the app. But, user interface and experience was terrible. How come there is no simple my account button? I want to have my email synced to it, not just my phone #. Also how come I have to fill in brand and model #? Shouldn't that info pull in from my receipt? The app has potential but is not there yet.

App makes no sense. Shows receipt of purchase then goes to stupid chat screen. Cant see other plans....this is real junk and a waste of time. I pray this isnt an example of what the claim process will look like!

I think that it should let me update it instead of putting me in a catch-22. It tells me I need an update and when I click on the update button it takes me back to the thing that says uninstall or open if I click on open it takes me back to the thing that says you need an update I'm going in circles fix your app

It says to up date you click the button to up date and all it does is tell you you need to update can we charge for stupidity in making my smart phones dumb

What's the point of this app? Literally is link and spam. Upload receipt to never be able to use it... Riiiight. File a claim to never be contacted... Seems legit.

Super easy to use

I chatted with 3 reps and called to speak with one. They were very patient and assisted with me in every way possible to resolve my issue. I let them know I did not have my receipt but they asked for the model number. Help assist me with my hp printer to print from my phone without having WiFi at my premise through my phone. Just be patient with the Representatives as they are will with you.

So what is actually going on here? No information what so ever. Bugs, bugs and more bugs. I'll be deleting this now.

The app and website absolutely useless. Chat never available. Can never find my receipt although I have been told my registration is successful. Very disappointed

These people do not know what they are doing I chatted with them for 2 hours and they were no help also my person lied to me(malaki) He said my function dis not work and he researched a lot when in description it said it did work he basicly told me lies and that was it. Do not get this app!!!!!!!!!!!

Website & app are both not user friendly AT ALL. My receipt can't be found using my email or phone# even though I successfully submitted receipt w/confirmation. Both website & app crash or say page not found when trying to file a claim. Live chat for assistance is never available. Worthless service & waste of money for additional warranty protection.

Keep getting crashed. Difficult to add online receipt, which does not have the bar code and have to snap a pic.

This app just crashed when u try to look at your old receipt. Didn't have a file a claim option until recently and it dosent matter because they do not let u look at the receipt. I recommend another app other than this one

I've had this app for awhile now. Had some receipts on it for electronic purchases. Haven't used it lately and decided to open it... Nothing there. Like it was my 1st time there. Put phone # in and nothing came up.

Could not make it do anything, after submitting pic of receipt by text and getting confirmation of receipt being saved the app just do nothing, tried two times and beyond making my phone ready to text the QRO code it's useless.

This app is useless. I tried uploading my receipt several times using this app and it would not up load. I did have to call and have the customer service person put the information in for my new phone. Very disappointed. I deleted the app.

Whoever made this app should do everyone a favor and find another line of work to mess up.

The website used to be easy to navigate but now it sucks. The app is useless and the website needs an upgrade. I text in my receipts but it won't link to my products. It keeps telling me that my order numbers have already been used and that the amounts I paid are incorrect. Now I have to call into customer service in the morning. ANNOYING.

Complete garbage. Register shortly after purchase only to be told that my receipt cannot be found but transaction number is registered... Not to my e-mail. Such an intrusive app should have better security measures. Piece of mierda

Very intrusive to everything on my phone. Not worth the hassle. Was forced to download when I purchased extended warranty for a monitor purchased at Walmart.

This is one of the most intrusive apps I have ever seen! It requires access to ALL of your phone functions and accounts. I loaded it to register a product I purchased and it immediately sent me a message telling me a list of apps, messages, and contacts on my phone that I needed to delete in order to save space because I had not accessed them in awhile. Excuse me?? Because that's any of this appts business? Don't load this if you don't want whoever works at this place to have access to every single detail of your life, and then suggest how you might better manage it.

Great service last night wanted to chat today have a glitch. App is jammed up with some message about being there to help but the feature to actually contact someone cant be accessed.

App is very intrusive. Cannot navigate through the menus because there are no back buttons in the app and when I press my phones back button it takes me out of the app. Very flawed and needs a lot of debugging.

This app is very intrusive to not work AT ALL! Don't WASTE YOUR TIME!

I need to make a claim and can't. My son's tablet is broken and I have no way if getting it fixed
