Excuse me but if anyone has a money money company that would be this. Im not paying for your so called expert support. I can easily contact sprint for free simply using my computer. I found that the support here takes atleast a minute just to reply to my phone number i told them. Boo
These are not tech experts at all. The "expert" I was chatting with couldn't help me figure out why I was being given 2 options of devices from which to import my info to my new device. Nor could she help me deduce which to choose. I was thus unable to retrieve any of my text messages from the 25ish days I had turned off my phone. 25 days of messages which should have just popped up when I turned on my phone like they always do... gone. An "expert" should be able to help.
I downloaded and tried chatting with Benjamin. He asked my name and then continued to call me by the wrong name after I corrected him twice. I told him my issue and then received two messages asking if I was still there and then quickly ended the conversation saying that I did not respond. My issue was not resolved and this was a waste of my time.
They just keep telling me to call when im telling them i dont have cell tower coverage and i use wifi calling cuz all i have is wifi but wifi calling doesnt work in alaska whit them and i just swapt over from at&t 2 weeks ago am refreting it cuz wifi call work whit them
Too Slow. For a simple request this took way to long with to much verifying at first. Bad svc. Unistalling
I just installed the app and it stays on the settings page. I cannot do anything with it or get any help.

Worthless. After explaining that fast charging no longer worked on my phone no matter which charger was used, I was told that they had seen this issue before and would have it fixed in no time. The solution...buy a new charger or file a claim. I will never get that 20 minutes of my life back.
I had an app on my damaged phone, but it was not installed on my replacement phone. The tech, Desiree, talked me through the process of installing the new app on my phone. She also explained all of the features of the app, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Thanks!
I had no bluetooth connection tech told me to download the tech aid app called me back when promised spoke clear and I was able to understand everything she said. In less than 15 minutes I was back in business
I'll be back to rate the app as soon as possible. I haven't used it yet. I am using a new Sprint S7 Edge purchased from Sprint at the beginning of Dec 2016.
Tried chatting with a tech and they don't even respond. Tech's name was "Maria". Her name should have been ghost bc there basically wasn't anyone there.
Won't let me uninstall, get out of my phone ISIS

Even with repeated visits to service centers and repeated calls and emails in the end my phone is still junk and even with insurance they tell me ill have to either pay for a new phone or pay the deductible on a manufacturer defect
After downloading the app,chatting with a rep and wasting even more time than I have already.I was told I needed to add Sprint Ted service for an additional charge for them to help me.My Samsung j3 will not take phone calls for over one week and trying to get someone from Sprint to help is like navigating an impossible maze to hell.
Representative told me to call customer service because they couldn't access my account. Thumbs down, wasted my time downloading this app.
I have had problems with my phone for three weeks. Went to stores talked to six agents and nothing. I need help, phone cuts of at any time.

Trying to get help for ONE issue but had UMPTEEN DISCONNECTION with Denzel. I had to keep recontacting & asking to be patched back into him. This wasn't Denzel's fault. I suspect it is problems with the app itself. Denzel was very apologetic but after an hour(or close to it), I had enough & needed to quit trying before I got upset. Maybe someone should fix this issue so you can help your loyal customers. Oh cuz of all the DISCONNECTIONS my issue was not resolved!!
I asked about the difference between Bluetooth and hotspot and was told that they were the same speed for connecting to the internet. However upon further research I found out the fastest way to tether is using a cable then using hotspot and then using Bluetooth Bluetooth being much lower than the other two. My experience would have been better if the technician would have simply communicated that he was unsure. Instead he persistently communicated the difference between the two rather than the speed.
This app is intrusive DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app installs as an administrator so you cannot Uninstall, disable or force stop. People can look through everything on your phone without you even knowing.
All they do is tell you to go to the nearest sprint repair store. I did not need an app to tell me that.
Horrible. Service. Main store Cherry Hill idiots. Bought out rest of non functioning phone Edge 7. Phone bought. Out of contract.. Congress should outlaw refurbished. Phones. You purchase. a new phone pay insurance. The phone fails you pay 200.00 for a refurbished piece of garbage . I have had 4 refurbished phones all had problems. Went to Verizon ordered. A new google phone bought it outright 800.

I was trying to call and to chat about my phone system problem but there is no one to assist me. Why would I pay the money for no service. I would recommend no to west money for this kind of stuff. I will cancel this service right away.
Talk to an agent over the phone reg. My Internet can't play videos take for ever to play! he did a factory reset and then my phone did worst
When I hit this icon all that shows are the tips it sends, no access to tech. So, what's the point?
