Do not rely on Great until you got to use it, then expect to spend over an hour trying to find the login only to end up in either the home page for asurion or their FAQ page. to the developer: No sending me the link directly to the login will not solve my problem. finally found the link and by that time my device was turned off and your app was more than useless, it was aggravating and frustrating

When the app does work it's playing. But when you accidentally forgot you password and it's been months of trying to reset it and you can't. Contact us is bull$(#; as I've done that many times and heard nothing from them. Fido can't help as it's an app issue. Unless your not human and or don't forget things. Your set.

What do ya know, just like many of the other reviews it doesn't work. I got an email from my service provider with my activation code and it won't work with ANY of my emails when I try to log in. Disappointing that cell phone companies are supporting apps like this. You'd think after all these bad reviews the creators would do something to fix the problems with their app.

The only reason I have this on my phone is because my carrier requires it for the device insurance. If you're looking for a way to secure your phone while maintaining backups and a method of remote wipe, just install AVG or something to keep your device clean. The rest of the features are already built into the system OS and have been since Android 5.0. Don't waste your time.

I deleted this once. Not sure how it even got on my phone the second time. Didn't want it...didn't ask for it. So however your doing it....STOP IT

Won't let me into my account or let me do anything to fix the password problem. Just junk junk. Not very happy with app at all anymore.

Decent job protecting my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Downside I was using this product to handle backups for my device. I needed to do a factory reset & was surprised to find out that it wouldn't access any of my stored data to restore my phone. It was sold to me buy a large Canadian cell phone provider as a device protection plan for $10 a month when it was sold to me I was advised to replace a phone there would be a $75 deductible. To my surprise file claim for damaged phone to find a $225 cost attached.

This is embarrassing, I work for asurion and I deal all day with people not being able to run this. Not fun, having device protection myself I decided to download this program and what do you know. Doesn't work.

Won't do security check said install error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Very dissapointed.

The Battery info is never accurate: my phone never lasts as long as it says it will. Speed is qualitative and therefore not accurate either. Storage is redundant since you can see that info in your phone Settings. Backup hasn't backed up in forever, despite being set to backup when charging and on WiFi. Auto threat scans is set for weekly scans yet it hasn't scanned since April. Notifications can now be turned off, which is an improvement over older versions.

Just like all the other reviews... Doesn't work. Contacted their support email. Guess what? No reply. Absolutely deleting this app right now, These dumb Canadian phone carriers will team up with any old S##T before thoroughly testing things...and who knows what this Soluto company is doing with our private imformation too!

Just got app and it won't let me start. Keeps saying my email invalid. Tried both and nothing

Came with a protection plan on my phone and I've found it comparable to " find my iphone" or " android device manager ". Came in handy when a family member took my phone by accident and was able to track it via desktop browser.

I cannot deactivate this app and it will not allow me to enter my account to do so either. :( it keeps telling me to answer a security question i never set up. Asks what year was most memorable for me? I never would've chosen that security question because there is NO year which stands out as most memorable for me. I really just want to deactivate and remove this app from my phone. How can i do this? :( help!

Lost all my pictures. I've emailed the support email and no one gets back to me. It's been 2 weeks since the first email I sent and since then I have tried multiple times. Horrible app. No support.

Security feature says INSTALL ERROR! I've reloaded it multiple times still won't work. This app is a part of my phone protection plan! How can i clean my phone if your app does not work! Also my activation code does not work with my email address!! I'm paying for premium sevices and i expect an app that actually works or I'm going to my plan provider and having this app removed.

I've been waiting since Dec for a resolution to my problem. When will someone get back to me?

Unbelievably obtuse. I can't make it run on any device. Smart Switch was infinitely easier.

Keeps rebooting and having to setup again and again. Fix and I'll give 5 star.

I've attempted several times to login and restore information using my existing credentials but I'm receiving an error message stating I'm not connected to the Internet. This is incorrect as I have full access to data and WiFi connections. Your assistance is appreciated.

Well I really dont know why ppl are complaining about I have this running on my Nexus 5 Android version 6.0.1 I have NEVER EVER had any trouble with it. It works 100% perfect.. I think ppl just want to see their names here associated with a complaint, maybe they think they will get something for free when they complain or something FML. PPL you should 1st know what your talking about before you start to complain

This is great except for that it is constantly freezing and won't let me go check anything else. The app is pretty much frozen on the backup portion and won't let me do anything else.

Doesn't seem bad or great... But it can't seem to locate my phone? I"m connected to the internet & my location services is on so that's kind of weird.

I'm paying this at my cellphone service provider and it's been 6 months and I can't make work... I went to store to ask them why the app is not working and they told we sell the insurance and the company that we deal with takes care of that... I ain't paying no more for this.. on top of that there's a misunderstanding cause some of the employees told me that the app is not good drains battery... any how I'm not paying any more for this.

Worse thing i ever downloaded! Keeps freezing up my phone! Wont even let me delete/un-install the app! I want to get ride of it NOW!!!!!! Ha i figured it out. Never again

This app did some strange things to my phone. It ate a bunch of battery. I didn't even get to use it. It says my email isn't valid. But my email is valid. After Uninstall I was getting freeze and reboots. After 8 hours I found a solution. Install app again. Clear app data. Uninstall app. Very annoying experience!!!!!!

I noticed that my battery life has tanked since putting this app on my phone. I want to uninstall it but it will not let me. I'm not happy with this and would like to know how to get it off my phone.
