So far the new app is working great. Apps update/install, S & P ✔ like that feature a lot. Haven't run into anything bad with wifi either. Upgrade seems pretty good ????

Another useless piece of crapware. Don't want it and never asked for it. It needs access to my phone to activate. Why, it already knows my. MAC address. That should be enough.

DOES IT REALLY PROTECT FROM MALWARE, VIRUSES LIKE VERIZON REP. TELLS IT DOES. HE SAYS "KEEP IT RUNNING, WE PROTECT BETTER THAN ALL APPS". Don't know if I can't really trust.

Since updating to the latest version my phone is really slow. Notifications won't clear on my phone end. Ex: I've listened to all my voicemail but the icon on my phone says I still have some pending. Tried restarting phone and they still won't clear. I also now get adds in my notification bar. Half the time I have to restart my phone to clear those. I haven't downloaded anything new, just updated this stupid app.

I HAVE NOT INSTALLED THIS BECAUSE... Read through the reviews. This app has caused nothing but pure hell for a lot of people. Locking them out of their phone, making their phone unbootable, preventing them from updating contacts, taking up a lot of space, turning a fast phone into a doorstop, and very intrusive. There TOS states that if they break your phone...so sorry. There's no way I would install this until the app is fixed. Just my opinion, do yourself a favor and read lots of reviews, read all or many of the reviews, not just the ones that are cherry picked and displayed on the 1st screen; then you'll get to the real, aka un-screened/unfiltered reviews. IMNTBHO.

Installed without my permission, too intrusive. I dont need it as i have a better option installed & MacAfee has always been notorius for being garbage.

I used support and I could not have been happier with how it worked and the kindness of the tech that assisted. HOWEVER IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY SAMSUMG E BUT IS WITH MY SAMSUNG S7E

The app is telling me to go into accessibility An let it disable my screen and my encryption to let it have access to look at my page and everything I'm doing is that true? How do I protect my device then?

Appalling. After reading quite a few reviews as well as the Terms of Service (TOS) for the Verizon S&P app, it seems quite useless and actually exposes the user to additional risk! At the same time, the TOS apparently completely absolves the providers of any and all responsibility. Click 'continue' and give them permission to immediately scan and collect all your personal information, "AT YOUR OWN RISK" because they will not guarantee you that they will keep your information secure. Here is a gem of an example from the TOS item 4: "Please read the Privacy Notice carefully and completely. It is incorporated by reference into the Intel Security License Agreement, and by using S&P, You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Your information as set forth in that Policy. Since Intel Security cannot guarantee the security of Your personal information, You acknowledge and agree that You provide it to Intel Security at Your own risk." What good is this so-called "security" app!? It appears only to be like a bad joke. Item 13 is another legal-speak gem. I didn't even bother going into the additional named documents, which the TOS states "You" are agreeing to.

Don't get why it has to have so much access to everything. Why does it need to be allowed to make phone calls and send text?

Update has ruined my phone. Can't connect to my own home wifi, can't play games. Really pissed

Garbage App, broke my wifi on Pixel running Oreo 8.1. Kept resetting wifi connections.

Its stupid and annoying to have uses alot of wasted space cant wait to get new plan few weeks verizon sucks!!!!

Update this morning now it opens to a white screen, no further.

This app"alerts" you that it checked an app update and that nothing was found. Why do I need an alert that nothing was found? There is an option to turn off alerts for real problems found but no option to turn off stupid alerts.

I have no problem with having this on my phone at least I'm not going to hit the continue button twice to activate it so I'm just glad that my phone is safe

It would never listen to my set controls. It made my best friend come up as a spam call even thought I tried to fix it and made my phone so incredibly slow.

Ran down my battery. Held back apps from updating. Deleted new app and went back to old.

Getting charged every month for multi device which is not approved and not used not on my phone
