Three Rescue™

I downloaded this month's ago and backed up my phone, but ended up deleting it because of all the reasons other people have said. However my phone broke and is getting sent off to get fixed. So put my SIM into a different phone and realised that none of my contacts had saved. So I downloaded this again and within a minute had all my contacts again. Came in very handy!!!

It backed up text/mms messages too. Contacts are a biggy, but photos and videos I back up to my pc manually, would be better with messaging back up.

Never auto scans, never back ups contacts and if moved to sd card it signs me out meaning the app is redundant but I need to keep it installed for my Three rescue which uses over 100mb of storage, if uninstalled my Three rescue is invalid thinking of cancelling that. £6 a month saved and all because I need a useless battery hogging app

When I brought my Samsung galaxy S6 3 promised me if I brought the 3 rescue package all of my apps, music, contacts and photos would automatically save and transfer to any phone....well guess what? All of the stuff from my old phone hasn't been saved and hasn't transferred across...i was able to get a new phone but paying £12 a month & £100 excess it feels like a scam. It will be interesting to see what the old "no win no fee" companies think about the mis-selling rubbish 3 have sold me..

Downloaded app, tried opening an account to use it and it said either my number wasn't registered to 3 or my details were wrong. They weren't wrong and how would you know if they were wrong if I hadn't even opened an account yet. Duh!!

I am have issues trying to uninstall this app. Keeps telling me that it needs to be deactivated. I have cancelled this but still it is unremovable from my phone. Really annoying. Not happy one bit..!

It's okay. But extremely annoying that there always a constant notification Box for it.

It didn't save everything I wanted it to and now I can't get it off my phone. It's taking up space I need

just recently installed it and all day it keeps saying theres unexpected error when attempting to back up files. Has it actually helped anyone track down a phone they lost or got stolen? I only just upgraded to s6 and its gorgeous dont want anything happening to it in first year plus the saleslady advised me to get 3rescue for additional tenner a month..by the sounds of the other reviews looks like its not much help lool

Would of rated it 5 bit the recent update means that i keep getting it messaging me telling me it has stopped. This happens every 30 seconds. Will reinstall next update to see if my problem is fixed.

Says please input a valid email, even though it's the only email address I used for this stupid app

It's ok when it's working, but get told frequently that an unexpected error has occurred or that the system is unavailable even though I've got network connection. The web end of the app is really hard to navigate and is most laborious when it comes to deleting old unwanted files

Complete waste of time. Lost nearly everything.

Eats data like crazy and will not allow me to uninstall!

Says isn't connected when Wi-Fi is on but when using 3's mobile data it does

Total rubbish keeps not accepting my password

For some reason I can't deactivate this app to uninstall it. Can anyone help with that? Thanks.

Apparently im not a three rescue customer even though i purchased it when i bought my new phone.

Keeps asking me to log in but wouldn't accept my password when I use the forgotten password facility to try to reset it tells me that my e mail address can't be recognised.

Seems to be loads better since update. It's now fully instored and will scan for threats. Well done.

Bug Fixes? What (!) Bug Fixes. Since last update refuses to accept previous entered Password. The only thing that does work is the 3 tries and locks up feature. Even trying to get round this by using the new user option doesn't work. All the forgotten Password option does is to forget to send you a new password. If they ever get this to work again then I might consider a higher rating. As it is , it will stay at I star till it actually works.

Won't let me log in. Won't let me reset my password. What exactly is this app *meant* to do exactly?

If anyone has this then I can only advise to cancel the service asap. I've been having problems with 3 rescue for over a week for different reasons and all they say is I have to speak to the three team and not the three rescue team when I do get hold of three they tell me I have to deal with the three rescue team. This all seems to be one big con that doesn't help you at all and just passes the problem to different departments until you give up.

Good to have just incase. But this app uses lots of the battery. A full charge used to last me 2 day. Now im lucky to have 1/2 a day.

Keeps getting lost and needs reactivating. Uses power too.

Does there have to be a icon in the corner of my screem the whole time? Really annoying...needs changing

I find it cumbersome and showing the phone down unnecessarily. Apart from that good app does what it says that it would do

Crashes constantly. Try to run a speed check and it crashes, then runs the multi task screen instead. Has so many more bugs. I'm paying for this service too.. Really disappointing.

Doesn't work one bit. Don't even bother.

The icon in the top right is annoying and the banner on the lock screen is even worse. Other people might not mind this, but I do. But now I seem to be stuck with it as it won't let me uninstall it!

This app just slows my phone down to the point i can't even use it! Had the new phone 2 weeks and the app is a waste! Anyone know how to uninstall or at least deactivate? Not impressed.

Since downloading this app, my phone has been playing up. Crashes continuously and struggles to even charge.

since being updated the app doesnt work. when logging in ut just shows a blank page and if you navigate out of this page you have to login again so cannot use any of the services, incredibly annoying!

Been able to sign in properly and has been actually working since update, totally works. Very happy

Can't reset bloody useless
