Sprint Protect

Backed up my photos and videos with this app paid every month and lost everything thanks to sprint. Glad I switched to AT&T. Will never go back to sprint big waste of money. Support could not figure out anything. They will give you useless information they can't figure out them selves.

It sucks won't even let me set up an account . You think that a multi million dollar company could fix there stuff "Nope "

the app was great until recent app and google app updates. app now just crashes. i have hundreda of photos that i can no longer retrieve.

I bought new Samsung S7 can't log in and keep getting error code sp016!

Stop working not sure why. Doesn't give me an explanation. Can't do anything.

It used to work great. Now all of the sudden it won't do anything.

Cant open. Message says suddenly stopped

0. The call was never completed, technical support rep never returned to the phone, left me on hold for twenty minutes. No. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Sprint if I could get out of my contract I would TODAY.

So since, Sprint's Total Equipment Protection app is going away. Will there be, a replacement app offered through Sprint? Super backup & restore is a secondary application, that I use other than TEP for those of you wanting to make sure that you have everything backed up. I use both, just because I heard rumors that Sprint's TEP app was going away. I don't know, if this is actually true or not.

If you no longer subscribe to Asurion Insurance, do you still need this app? I tried to backup my photos and it never backed up even though it says currently backing up. Does it not back my photos up if I no longer have insurance?

The now "no longer working" Protect app lost every one of my thousands of photos. These were important photos that I'll never get back because of their irresponsibility.

Always crashing, and it never works right. Always get messages saying sprint protect has stopped working.

Backed up 2500 pics and vids.rebacked up at a sprint store.after swapping toa new replacement phone all was lost.4 hours on the phone with nothing solved.

I installed this and it wont do nothing and it keeps giving me a error code sp-001 so I uninstalled it then installed it again still doing the same thing????

I would rate it 5 stars if you can allow the user to remotely take pictures and videos from a computer, tablet or smart phone. To see who has it or exactly where it's at. Other apps does this. So should this app

Ya know how you have to put in your calls and stuff well 1 day later my dad got a mysterious call from some dude and were still afraid to call you guys

Its not doing ANYTHING NOW I CAN'T GET MY PICS OR MUSIC FROM MY OTHER PHONE

Sprint has the worst customer care ive ever seen, verizon might cost a little more but way better service and customer care, think im going back!!!

It has taken a week for it to back up and it is still not done.you can not toggle it on or off..I have no idea if it actually is backing up anything...

Instead of backing up my photos it deleted them. Not at all happy with Sprint!

It says my email does not exist. When I try to sign in as a new user it says my account already exists. I'm just going to uninstall it.

I've lost my phone twice and have been able to recover it both times using this app.

I've tried uninstalling/re-installing the app but no luck. It says I have no apps running or using battery. Sprint please respond. This is still happening after latest update. I've tired emailing sprint and it says I'm not allowed to send emails which means no troubleshooting.

Bs app, doesn't even recognized my email.
