I signed up for the AT&T Protect Plus cell phone insurance policy when I signed commitment documents for a pair of Galaxy S7 Edge phones. I made sure I had login credentials set up for accessing my online protection plan which incorporates lock down & erase protocols, cloud storage & filing a damage or loss claim. UPDATE: 1/5/2017 The app features delivery of phone health reports. Reporting used to be precise but now delivers botched accounting of memory consumption & installed apps. Says I'm not connected to network, thus causing repeated upload failures. Hey there! I'm always network and/or Wi-Fi connected!

This app hasn't worked since I signed up for the insurance, with my new phone ,at the end of December. AT&T supervisor says they're aware of the problem and gave me an expedited trouble ticket # and promised to call me back and have it corrected. That was mid January. Haven't received that call as of yet. REALLY think they're concerned ???

I cannot get into it. Says no network found when actually I am on AT&T'S right now. Even on my 5G wifi. Just keeps trying to authenticate for a long time. Then it finally shows no network.

This is the worst app ever. The Verizon version of the app works much better. AT&T should really take some pointers from the Verizon tech coach app. The ease of login is not comparable at all. Even finding the telephone number online is much easier. I wish so so much I had not made the transition to AT&T. There has been nothing but headache and difficulty since I have transitioned over. Do your self a favor and consider another carrier.

Good app for support. Can set phone to lock or erase if lost or stolen. Can help locate device and support available... IF YOU CAN GET IT TO WORK. Got 3 new phones for the family. App works on 2 and refuses to work on 3rd. Spent 5-6 hrs over the past week and last update is that it's taking 2 weeks to resolve currently. What a disappointment.

I am sick of all this junk on my phone!! No, you do NOT need access to my storage space!! If all these extra apps that I didn't want were off my phone, I wouldn't run out of space. Remove this crap from my phone please. Worse than a virus...
